COLLECTION AGENCIES LICENSE INFORMATION AS OF 3/13/2020 This information allows you to verify whether a collection agency is licensed by the State of Colorado. You may also determine whether there is any public record of action involving this office and the collection agency. The address listed is for the principal place of business. Contact our office for information on other branch office locations. Collection Agency Licenses A collection agency license is required, in most cases, to collect debts in default owed to others or that were originally owed to others. Only one license is required regardless of the number of branch offices. Generally, creditors collecting debts they originated or purchased before the debts were in default do not need a license. Collection agency licenses expire July 1st of each year and must be renewed at that time. “Status” Category The “Status” category provides the following information: A = license is active C= license is been cancelled (often due to a change in ownership whereby the new owners must apply for a new license and former owners’ license is “cancelled”) D = license was denied E = license his expired (often due to failure to renew license on time or failure to maintain a surety bond) R = license was been revoked “Action” Category In addition to the “Status” column that shows revocations, the “Action” category enables you to determine whether the licensee was subject to legal or administrative action by this office or the licensee entered into a voluntary settlement with this office. If the entry is “yes,” the licensee may have been subject to one or more letters of admonition, suspension of the license, a judgment or order against the licensee, or other action, including payments (fines, penalties, consumer refunds, or other monetary payments). Additionally, “yes” may mean that the licensee’s records include a voluntary settlement or stipulation with this office. If a licensee has been disciplined, it might still retain its license.     The Emails from the University of East Anglia’s Climatic Research Unit On or about November 19, 2009, as yet unknown persons hacked into an email server at the University of East Anglia’s Climatic Research Unit (CRU) in Norwich, U.K. The CRU is an academic department specializing in climate research and is particularly known for reconstructing past global surface temperatures on the decade to millennium time scales. The CRU is one of three organizations worldwide that have independently compiled thermometer measurements of local temperatures from around the world to reconstruct the history of average global surface temperature for the past 130 ‐ 150 years. The other two groups are in the United States (NOAA’s National Climatic Data Center and the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies). From a much larger number of emails, the hackers selected and posted more than 1000 on a publicly accessible file server in Russia. The vast majority of the 1000+ emails are routine and unsuspicious. Perhaps one or two dozen of the email exchanges give the appearance of controversy, though no unethical behavior has yet been documented. Professor Phil Jones, director of the CRU, was involved in most of these email exchanges. He has temporarily stepped down as the CRU director pending the outcome of an independent investigation instigated by the university. Although a small percentage of the emails are impolite and some express animosity toward opponents, when placed into proper context they do not appear to reveal fraud or other scientific misconduct by Dr. Jones or his correspondents.     Modelling Radiation Exposure and Radionuclide Transfer for Non-human Species Report of the Biota Working Group of EMRAS Theme 3 Environmental Modelling for RAdiation Safety (EMRAS) Programme FOREWORD Environmental assessment models are used for evaluating the radiological impact of actual and potential releases of radionuclides to the environment. They are essential tools for use in the regulatory control of routine discharges to the environment and also in planning measures to be taken in the event of accidental releases; they are also used for predicting the impact of releases which may occur far into the future, for example, from underground radioactive waste repositories. It is important to check, to the extent possible, the reliability of the predictions of such models by comparison with measured values in the environment or by comparing with the predictions of other models. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has been organizing programmes of international model testing since the 1980s. The programmes have contributed to a general improvement in models, in transfer data and in the capabilities of modellers in Member States. The documents published by the IAEA on this subject in the last two decades demonstrate the comprehensive nature of the programmes and record the associated advances which have been made. From 2003 to 2007, the IAEA organised a programme titled “Environmental Modelling for RAdiation Safety” (EMRAS). The programme comprised three themes: Theme 1: Radioactive Release Assessment ⎯ Working Group 1: Revision of IAEA Technical Report Series No. 364 “Handbook of parameter values for the prediction of radionuclide transfer in temperate environments (TRS-364) working group; ⎯ Working Group 2: Modelling of tritium and carbon-14 transfer to biota and man working group; ⎯ Working Group 3: the Chernobyl I-131 release: model validation and assessment of the countermeasure effectiveness working group; ⎯ Working Group 4: Model validation for radionuclide transport in the aquatic system “Watershed-River” and in estuaries working group.

Until now. You Don’t Know Me​ is a collection that finds the acclaimed stylist exploring the songs of such country legends as George Jones, Patsy Cline, Buck Owens and Eddy Arnold. The album might come as a surprise to those who associate Crystal with an uptown sound that made her a star on both country and adult-contemporary pop charts. But she has known this repertoire of hardcore country standards all her life. “This wasn’t a stretch at all,” says Crystal. “These are songs I grew up singing. I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time. “The songs on this album aren’t songs I sing in my concerts until recently. But they are very much a part of my history.” Each of the selections was chosen because it played a role in her musical development. Two of them point to the importance that her family had in bringing her to fame. You Don’t Know Me contains the first recorded trio vocal performance by Crystal with her singing sisters Loretta Lynn and Peggy Sue. July 2011 1 2 Forward This manual on preserving audiovisual or broadcast archives has been drawn up on the basis of recommendations made by the SNRT and other partners of the MedMem project during their meeting in Alexandria in December 2010 We hope that the manual will be a guide to Medmem’s partners for several years, helping them to: Set up preventative conservation measures Share experiences and good practices Continue with or set up a preservation and digitisation programme Devise tangible arguments to convince their management of the urgent necessity to have such a programme To do this we have written the manual in four parts: The sales pitch: why preserve and digitise archives? First steps: where to begin? How to set up a pilot study? Methods: How to design a preservation plan. How to set it up. The manual is particularly based on the contributions of Jean Verra and Jean-Noël Gouyet at the Ina Sup course “Assessing an AV collection and creating a strategy to preserve and digitise it”. Throughout the manual there are references to various “good practices”, some of which are drawn on the experiences of broadcasters around the Mediterranean.
