She holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from Walden University (USA) and an MBA from University of Liverpool (UK). She has managed multi-national marketing portfolios with brand building campaigns spanning 21 countries and she is an experienced marketing strategist who seeks always to collaborate on truly sustainable, fitting solutions for marketing challenges. Dayner is the published author of three books on Sustainable Business Strategy; Brand Elements influencing Female Consumers; and Corporate Social Responsibility. She has served as a mentor in PWN Milan, Barcelona, Warsaw and Copenhagen associations. She feels she has been able to fulfill her professional and personal dreams with the help of others, so she is constantly seeking to share her experiences and help other women reach their goals and dreams. My customer base is pretty diversified but the bulk of it are Insurance companies. From the product poi tov view I have been involved as well in Government bonds mkt and structured products. After a day of work I go back home to my big family composed by 3 daughters and an husband but I have tried to carve out some little time for me. I am working since 28 years and during this period I married, I had 2 wonderful children (now in their 20s) and I successfully achieved a high profile role within the Bank. This was not easy and a was a continuous compromise with family and job where I had very satisfactory but also very difficult time. In 2007 she joined Crédit Agricole CIB in Paris as Head of Human Resources, overseeing CACIB, Brokers (Cheuvreux, CLSA, Newedge), Private Banking of Crédit Agricole Group and Banque Saudi Fransi (CACIB branch with 3,000 employees). Tuttavia, se si considera che alla fine del mese di marzo (durante il lockdown) l’indice perdeva il 27,50% e che alla fine del mese di giugno questa perdita si era ridotta di circa 10 punti percentuali, possiamo concludere che gli investitori, dopo lo shock iniziale, hanno recuperato la fiducia nei mercati finanziari, anche grazie alle misure fiscali e di politica monetaria straordinarie che sono state messe in campo dalle istituzioni europee e dal governo nazionale. Da segnalare, in controtendenza, la performance positiva del FTSE Italia Star che ha guadagnato il 14,10% dalla fine del 2019. Altro aspetto che sarà ricordato dell’anno appena trascorso è sicuramente la crescita del Trading on Line. Dai dati che ASSOSIM ha elaborato per il Sole 24 Ore emerge chiaramente che, rispetto al bimestre gennaio-febbraio 2020, è proseguita nei bimestri successivi la crescita dei controvalori e delle operazioni concluse dagli intermediari specializzati nel TOL. Anche la volatilità mensile, dopo l’impennata d’inizio anno, si è attenuata attestandosi al 14,70% (a dicembre 2019 era al 14,80%). Altra novità rilevante è l’accordo raggiunto tra EU e UK alla fine del periodo transitorio della Brexit.
