Opening of sitting The sitting opened at 9.05. 2. Membership of political groups Zbigniew Krzysztof Kuźmiuk, Zdzisław Zbigniew Podkański and Janusz Wojciechowski had joined the UEN Group with effect from 13.12.2005. 3. Documents received The following Members had submitted a written declaration for entry in the Register (Rule 116): - Dimitrios Papadimoulis, Feleknas Uca and Panagiotis Beglitis, on the withdrawal of the charges against the Turkish author Orhan Pamuk (0082/2005). 4. Transfers of appropriations The Committee on Budgets had considered proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 31/2005 from the Commission (C6-0323/2005 - SEC(2005)1220 final). It had authorised the transfer in full under Article 24(2) and (3) of the Financial Regulation of 25 June 2002. ° ° ° ° The Committee on Budgets had considered proposal for transfer of appropriations DEC 40/2005 from the Commission (C6-0366/2005 - SEC(2005)1355 final).
