Job Description: Senior Project | Interior Crawford Architects is currently seeking a Project Designer | Interior | Interior Architecture to join our team. As a Project Designer | Interior Designer, you will be responsible for project design, documentation and management utilizing creativity, foresight and sound judgment to meet project requirements and objectives throughout all phases of a project.

EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • 5 to 8 years plus prior experience in and | or interior architecture • Must be professional Interior Designer and have passed the NCIDQ exam or be a registered with active license. If a registered Architect, NCARB registration preferred. • Advanced knowledge of design principles and the ability to interpret design concepts and layouts, including commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the profession. • Advanced knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E), architectural/interior finishes, lighting, signage, art, and color schemes to carryout design intent. • Knowledge of building regulations and safety codes. • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and the principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, , drawings, and models. • Thorough knowledge of , and LEED guidelines.
