Please join us in making Aizu Wakamatsu an even more beautiful place to live in. Now recruiting “Flowers and Greenery Staff” Members of the Flowers and Greenery Staff (Hana to Midori no Staff) are volunteers who will be responsible for jobs such as growing plant seedlings in the Seedling Nursery at the citizens’ square (Machinaka Shimin Hiroba in Naka-machi) and planting trees, flowers, etc. in public flower beds. In order to deepen their knowledge of horticulture, they will participate in horticulture classes and natural walks. For organizations, come help grow plant seedlings at the City’s Seedling Nursery At the Seedling Nursery, we cultivate plant seedlings and distribute them to public facilities. Organizations that participate will receive plant seedlings of their own. For those who would like to participate, please apply at applicable organizations, such as the neighborhood associations in your area. When submitting your change of address notification, changes to your “My Number” notification card and “My Number Card” will need to be made (see Table 1). Procedures such as national health insurance and child allowances will also need to refer to Table 2 (see below). Please remember to follow the applicable procedure. In addition, business hours for counter services at the Registration and Vital Statistics Division will be extended on the designated days in March and April.
