An Armed Group 20/JUL/2020 DIYALA GOVERNORATE A mortar shell landed near Al-Aqrab checkpoint and injured a civilian, south of Mosul.
Popular Mobilization Forces 16/JUL/2020 Popular Mobilization Forces 20/JUL/2020 Destroyed an ISIS hideout and cleared three IEDs in the orchards of Al-Muqdadiya district. Found and cleared 45 IEDs belonging to ISIS between the Al-Muftiyah and Sheikh Amir villages. Iraqi Military Forces 17/JUL/2020 Found and cleared a cache containing three IEDs, detonators, mortar shells, and Security Forces 21/JUL/2020 weapons in the outskirts of Al-Badiaa village, south of the Kaanan area. Found an ISIS tunnel inside Mosul university.

An IED explosion injured a civilian in Al-Musalla area, in the center of Kirkuk district.

Popular Mobilization Forces 19/JUL/2020 Killed three ISIS insurgents northeast of Samarra district. An Armed Group 17/JUL/2020 Attacked a military vehicle and killed a Major General in the Ibn Sina area of the Federal Police Forces 20/JUL/2020 Al-Tarmiya district. Found and cleared nine IEDs, three warheads in the Mukayshafa desert in the vicinity of Samarra district. An Armed Group 18/JUL/2020 Three Katyusha rockets landed near the U.S. embassy in the Green Zone. ANBAR GOVERNORATE An Armed Group 20/JUL/2020 Stormed into a pharmacy and killed the owner in the Al-Baladiyat area, east of the capital. Security Forces 22/JUL/2020 Found and cleared a cache of explosives containing 20 adhesive IEDs and six RPG7 Security Forces 21/JUL/2020 rockets belonging to ISIS in the Rawa area. Abducted a German activist outside her art collection office on Abu Nawas street in the center of the capital. ERBIL GOVERNORATE Security Forces 21/JUL/2020 Found a corpse in Abu Nawas street showing stab wounds. Coalition Forces 22/JUL/2020 Launched an airstrike in Qarachough mountain and killed three ISIS insurgents, south of NINEWA GOVERNORATE Makhmur district. Security Forces 18/JUL/2020 Found a corpse showing gunshot wounds to the head and chest in Al-Shoura subdistrict, south of Mosul.
