Jeff’s experience spans over 25 years and includes extensive work in the healthcare, hospitality, retail, commercial, and industrial markets. He is skilled at managing highly technical projects and maintaining quality oversight throughout their duration. Jeff currently serves as managing princi- pal for the $250 million redevelopment of NorthShore University HealthSystem’s 20-acre Skokie Hospital campus. This multi-phased expansion includes a surgical pavilion addition, a bed tower façade replacement, a central plant, and a 130,000 sf ambulatory care center.
Other major completed projects include the award-winning, 26-story Eurostars Magnificent Mile (former Dana Hotel and Spa) in Chicago; the Ingalls Health System Family Care Center in Floss- moor, Illinois; and the expansion of Glenbrook Hospital’s surgery, ICU, GI, and PACU Depart- ments in Glenview, Illinois. Jeff oversees Eckenhoff Saunders’ internal Quality Assurance and EDUCATION Control Program, continually striving to improve the firm’s product and reputation.
