He is skilled at managing highly technical projects and maintaining quality oversight throughout their duration. Jeff currently serves as managing princi- pal for the $250 million redevelopment of NorthShore University HealthSystem’s 20-acre Skokie Hospital campus. This multi-phased expansion includes a surgical pavilion addition, a bed tower façade replacement, a central plant, and a 130,000 sf ambulatory care center. Other major completed projects include the award-winning, 26-story Eurostars Magnificent Mile (former Dana Hotel and Spa) in Chicago; the Ingalls Health System Family Care Center in Floss- moor, Illinois; and the expansion of Glenbrook Hospital’s surgery, ICU, GI, and PACU Depart- ments in Glenview, Illinois.
