ENERGIE BEWEGUNG http://www.energiebewegung.com/

Michael Goddard teaches Bagua, Mikkyo and that he learned over eight years in the Shingon Temple in Honolulu from Masters from Japan and Hawaii. Bagua is a moving meditation martial art that Dong Haichuan learned from Taoist masters in the forests of rural China during the nineteenth century. Characteristic movements of Bagua are the fluid circle walking and generating of spiral during movements.

Mikkyo is the clearing, energizing and connecting of the chakras and meridians into one strong unit through the application of hand mudras and mantras. The spiral energy generated during Bagua is used in the practice of Mikkyo. Mikkyo is also applied in the energetic healing of people, places and things. In 2016 Michael and his students from his Berlin Seminars will travel through Germany investigating, connecting with and when necessary, clearing energies in places. All interested parties are welcome to join us.

Michael was also adopted into a Hawaiian Family and learned Ho’o Ponopono, Lokai Treatment, Lomi Lomi Massage and other Hawaiian techniques of Hawaiian Spirituality.

Michael Goddard http://www.energiebewegung.com ENERGIE BEWEGUNG http://www.energiebewegung.com/ Source, San Jiao, Torodial Energy Movement & Scanning

There are many 'sources' of energy referred to and used in the different schools of energy movement. Today I would like to talk about the energy source we use, how we move it through the body, the benefits and direct applications.....

SOURCE THE SOURCE The source for the energy work we do has been called heaven, divine or source energy. While this source of energy outside our bodies is within and all around the human body, we use a visualized sphere or globe of light above the head, and pull down the source energy, into the top of the head and through the body.

SAN JIAO This drawing of source energy through the body is called, 'San Jiao.' San Jiao means 'the three Dan Tien' or 'triple burners' and refers to the three main energy centers in the human body. Traditional Chinese (TCM) refers to the three Dan Tien as centers within the body where energy is stored and refined.

The Dan Tien are different from the chakras, which are 'energy vortices' or vortexes where energy come into and out of the body. While separate from the Dan Tien, the chakra cooperate with them. As we flow source energy through the body with the San Jiao exercise, we focus on passing the energy through the three Dan Tien. This clears, stimulates and strengthens the connection between the Dan Tien.

THE THREE DAN TIEN The Upper Dan Tien - Upper Jiao

Located in the center of the forehead, this energy center is used in later Upper Dan Tien meditations to make everything clear and remove all clouds. It has been Middle Dan Tien also referred to as the third eye burner. Thought to be directly connected with the pituitary and pineal glands. Lower Dan Tien The Middle Dan Tien - Middle Jiao

Michael Goddard http://www.energiebewegung.com/ 1 Located in the center, focusing on the middle Dan Tien brings us directly into the mediation. Thought to be connected with the pericardium, or heart protector. The Lower Dan Tien - Lower Jiao Located two finger width below and two finger width in from the navel, the lower Dan Tien is the main energy storage of the body. When you are finished with a high energy Chi Kung set or intense mediation, pull and direct all the energy into the lower Dan Tien. Store the energy there, because that is what it is designed for. From the lower Dan Tien, we pass source energy through both legs and into the .

SAN JIAO CONTINUED Having passed through the body, the source energy collects and forms a 'pool' beneath our feet. It does not matter if we are standing directly on the earth or in a 5th floor apartment, the energy collects beneath our feet after pulling it throught the body. We focus on passing the energy through the three Dan Tien as it goes through the body. This 'pulling down of source energy' can be done from 9 times to as Pool of Energy long as you like. Once the pool of energy has formed beneath your feet, we pull it back up into the lower Dan Tien three times. Continue with drawing up into the middle Dan Tien three times, then up into the upper Dan Tien three times. Each time we pull energy from the pool beneath our feet to the upper burner, we circulate it out the crown chakra and guide it back down the energy field of the human body.

TORODIAL FIELDS A torodial field is also referred to as a 'torus' and when viewed from above looks like a dounut. It is the shape of the magnetic field of the earth and is the measureable field emitted by every living thing. The three Dan Tien form a smaller torodial field and passing energy through them via the San Jiao exercise strengthens their fields and connects them. As the San Jiao pulls energy from the pool, up through the body and out the crown chakra, we guide the energy down the outside the the bodie's energetic torodial field. The energy goes back down to the feet and is then drawn back up through the legs into the body.

Michael Goddard http://www.energiebewegung.com/ 2 SAN JIAO CONTINUED After we have pulled energy up through the body three times to the lower Dan Tien, middle Dan Tien, the upper Dan Tien and out the crown chakra, we end by pulling energy up into the lower Dan Tien one more time and sealing it in there.

KUJI-IN, MIKKYO Clear, energize and connect the chakras and meridians with the mudras and mantras of Mikkyo. Detailed elsewhere.

SCANNING When we have cleared, activated and connected the three Dan Tiens, we draw energy up from the pool to the middle Dan Tien and direct it out the arm of the dominante hand. If you are right handed, use the right arm. Guide the energy from the heart center to the center of the hand. Visualize the energy as a ball of light that is larger than the upper arm as it travels to the hand. Once at the hand, we use the opposite hand in a sword hand mudra to direct energy into the inner elbow. We then focus on extending the connection of the three main Dan Tiens to the smaller torodial field in the palm of the outstretched hand. Once our conscious awareness is in the hand center, we scan the person, or room and use our hand like an ear, or sensing device, to pick up / read the energy that is there. More detailed techniques for skill development will be given in class.

MIKKYO GRID The Mikkyo Grid is the external projection of your cleared, activated and connected energy and intent. How to use Mikkyo with People This is Mikkyo 2.. By now we have covered the material of Mikkyo 1; San Jiao, Kuji Kiri (Mikkyo mudras & mantras) boundaries, scanning and Usui Reiki. Detailed handouts for all of Mikkyo 1 can be found on the energiebewegung.com website. We will now apply these skills in Mikkyo 2.

Preparation, San Jiao Before we can be of any use and service to anyone, we have to prepare ourselves. We can best be of service to others when we ourselves are energized, centered, grounded and connected to source. There are many ways and exercises to achieve such a state, Mikkyo, Bagua, , I Chuan and San Jiao. In Mikkyo 2 we connect to source with San Jiao, run source energy through the three Dan Tien and pool it underneath our feet.

Kuji-in, Mikkyo We then use the source energy to clear, energize and connect the chakras and meridians with the mudras and mantras of Mikkyo. Remember, we have Rin, Pyo, Toh, Sha, Kai, Jin Retsu, Zai and Zen.. While we hold the mudra and chant the mantra, we run energy through the meridians or the chakras. Until you memorize the meridians, you may find it easier to run the energy through the seven major Chakras... See and feel the energy cleaning, strengthening and connecting your entire Chakra system...

Call on Help Before we start scanning, call on any higher energy help that you are in tune with. Christians can call on Jesus, Ascended Masters and Angels are always nearby and willing to help. More details on this in class.

Set Our Boundaries We set our strong intent on keeping our skin as our boundry. What is inside our skin is ours, what is outside can be read and understood, like a TV show or movie, but that energy stays outside of our energy field and does not come home with us. More about this in class.

Scanning Scanning is a method to focus your three main energy centers of the body (Dan Tien) in the palm of your hand and use the hand to 'read' energies of a person, object or space. We do an effective meditation in class to help you make this connection which may be new to you.

Michael Goddard, Mikkyo Seminar 2, 2016 1 We get our own energy moving with San Jiao, connect the three Dan Tiens, set our boundaries, then we 'read' (detect / pick up) energies in our environment with Scanning. We start with the person standing facing away from us and scan their spinal column from the bottom, sacral bone, to the skull at the top. Reach out with your awareness and open up to what energies are there. Make a few passes and take note of what you find. In class we cover what stuck, stagnate or blocked energy can feel like when scanning.

Muscle Testing Once we receive information through Scanning we are ready to determine whose energy it is and weather it stays or goes. (See Note 1) Muscle Testing Techniques on People Gross Muscle Testing, setting a baseline. We start with the person standing facing away from us. They put one arm out parallel to the floor and we place one of our hands on their wrist. Ask them to resist our downward pressure on their wrist and ask them to make a statement they know is true, such as; 'My name is ______.' Their arm should remain strong during your downward pressure on their wrist. This is our base line 'True.' Next, have them make a statement they know is not true. For example, if they are European ask them to say; 'I was born in China.' Whenever a person makes a statement, silently or aloud, that their subconscious knows is not true, it physically weakens the entire physical system, and our pressure on their wrist will cause their arm to show this weakening. This is our base line; 'False.' This is also a good example of how a person's thinking affects their physical body. It is important to use constant pressure throughout the questioning. It is possible to use muscle testing to check anywhere in a person's body. For this example, we will use the vertebra. With one hand on their outstretched wrist, and the other hand in Sword Hand Mudra, point the Sword Hand mudra at their sacral bone, connect energetically with the bone and have them say aloud; 'There are no negative or dark energies in my sacral area.' (See Note 2) Maintain constant pressure on their wrist throughout the questioning. We are looking for their subconscious to reaffirm what we detected on our scan. When the muscle test remains strong, take that as an affirmation that that area is clear and move on. When the arm weakens, take this as an indication that there is energy where the Sword Hand Mudra is pointing that does not belong there. (Note 3) When we find stuck energy in the sacral vertebra, we start there. Other wise we move up the spine one vertebra at a time.

Removal Zeroing In Once you have found stuck energy in the vertebra, zero in on it. That means to bring your conscious awareness into the stuck energy through deep scanning. Notice what you feel, hear, taste and smell. Ask the person what they are experiencing during this process. We go into greater detail in class.

Michael Goddard, Mikkyo Seminar 2, 2016 2 Cutting the Grid Cut the Mikkyo grid into the area where the stuck energy is. Rather than slicing through the stuck energy, you can see the grid wrapping around the energy like a net. Wrapping tight around it and holding it fast.

Extraction Through your Mikkyo connection to the stuck energy, you simply pull it out. The 'stuck' energy is only stuck because the person is not consciously aware that it is there, not aware that they can let it go, and not aware of how to remove it for themselves. Who would hold onto stuck energy that harms their energy flow, health and relationships? Send to the Light Once you have extracted the stuck energy, send it into the same sphere of source energy that we use to draw down from in San Jiao. The stuck energy can then evolve. It is at this point we have an energetic hole where the stuck energy used to be. This hole must be filled in or another low frequency energy will fill the space. Scan the area of the body the stuck energy came from, take notice of how it feels now... ask the person how they feel, if they notice any difference. ß Filling the Energetic Hole We again cut the Mikkyo grid into the same area we first took the stuck energy out of. Clear your mind, and call on the higher vibrational energies to flow through you and into the Mikkyo grid in the person's body. This is why we gain direct experience and familiarity with the Usui Reiki energies. Better than our conscious mind, the energies know what healing the Person's body needs. We go into detail on this in the class.

Muscle Test Again Scan the area again, muscle test again to insure that the energy blockage is completely gone. Apply the same pressure to the Person's wrist and have them repeat that there is nothing in their vertebrae. If there is residual stuck energy, take the time to question the person on what they are feeling and if they have become aware of the root cause of the energy blockage. Energy blockages can be caused by a wide variety of factors and may have been in the body for decades. Make sure that the blockage is something that the person is willing to let go of.

Closing Once the entire spinal area scans and muscle tests clear we are ready to close the session. The Reiki symbol Chokurei is usually used in closing rituals to help keep the Reiki energies in and seal the healing. As an example, one can draw the Chokurei large, going from over the top of the head, running the vertical line down the spine and spiraling in, crossing the vertical line once for every one of the seven main chakras, ending on the heart chakra. Thank any higher vibrational help that assisted. Smudging the person and the room are options, in Hawaii we would splash salt water from a wooden bowl with a Ti leaf to end healing and clearing rituals.

END

Michael Goddard, Mikkyo Seminar 2, 2016 3 NOTES

Note 1. Cultural differences with energies. Today we are talking about working with people, and there are times when energies that do not belong where you find them can stay. When someone is not ready to let go of an energy you find in their body, and you remove it anyway, you may find that their subconscious patterns will re-create the blockage in a short period of time.

Note 2. Phrasing, choose what to say. When working with people, be open to changing the phrasing you use to get pure responses. If someone has an objection to the word 'negative' then ask them which phrase or word they prefer. If they hold an objection to a word or phrase you are using, that may interfere with the test results.

Note 3. Energy that does not belong there. We are all pure light. Then we incarnate, are born and begin to take on other forms of energy that are not the light. These take the form of social, family and cultural programming as well as the limiting decisions made by the ego and infantile mind that get stored in the bodies tissues as stuck energy. Technically, by this definition, any energy other than light / source energy does not belong here. In this exercise we are looking for the gross, heavy, dark, stuck energy stored in the vertebra that block the movement of the bodies natural energy flows.

Berlin Seminars, 2016 Michael Goddard Mikkyo & Reiki REIKI CLASS -Warm up, San Jiao & Tracing the meridians – Brief History of Usui Reiki – Basic Usui Reiki Symbols Chokurei, Sei hei ki, Dai Ko Myo and Sei Hei Ki

Brief History of Usui Reiki Mikao Usui was born in 1865 in Yago Japan. He traveled and studied medicine, psychology and religion. In 1914 (some say 1922) he went to a Tendai Buddishm Mikkyo Temple on Mt. Kurama- He did Buddihst purification training. It was during the 21 day training that Usui Sensei 'received' the energies of Reiki.

The kanji (Chinese characters) for Reiki are: REI – the cosmic, universal energy KI - The fundamental life force.

In the Tenchi Shiki Ryoho school of Mikkyo where I learned Mikkyo and Reiki, the Reiki Energies are energies of the light. The same light (energy) that makes up everything in the universe. They are pieces of the light. Their purpose is to help humanity evolve. While the Reiki energies are strong, they are friendly, like house pets. When you call, they come.

Usui-sensei had a personal relationship with the energies of Reiki from his experience on Mt. Kurama. Because he was a practicing Buddisht, Usui-sensei later added the Reiki Ideals.

It was Dr. Hayashi, who was trained by Usui-sensei, who later added the standard hand positions, the three degrees and the attunement processes. Still later, Mrs. Takata (an American) added the fee structure. Even later still, the required waiting periods between classes were added by students of Mrs. Takata.

Usui Reiki is the name given to the symbols introduced by Usui-sensei. What most people practice and call 'Usui Reiki' is actually Hayashi or Takata Reiki based on the symbols of Usui Reiki.

Mikkyo / Reiki Klasse Michael Goddard 1 CHOKUREI

DESCRIPTION Chokurei is drawn from the top left to the right, then straight down. From the bottom a counter clock-wise spiral is drawn in towards the center. The straight line represents the central channel / spine in the human. The bottom where the spiral begins is the root chakra and the spiral crosses the upright line once for every one of the seven major chakras.

MEANING Chokurei is the all purpose power symbol and can be used in the beginning of Reiki rituals to connect, during a ritual to increase focus and at the end to seal high vibrational energies into the subject. The symbol looks like a coil and is meant to expand and retract, regulating the flow of ki energies. Chokurei has also been called; 'the light switch,'

USES Used for energizing people, places or things, spiritual protection, cleansing negative energies and is an aid in manifestation. Empowers all other Reiki symbols, clears rooms and crystals and is often used after Reiki sessions to seal in energies. Also referred to as; 'The Magnifier,' Chokurei empowers and magnifies all other symbols and activates the properties of making things whole and complete. As such it is good for manifestation and to accelerate healing.

When drawn in reverse, Chokurei can be used to draw energy out of something.

Exercises: 1. Walking the Fu 2. Other exercises to be covered in class.

Mikkyo / Reiki Klasse Michael Goddard 2 SEI HEI KI

DESCRIPTION Drawn from the left to the right, Sei Hei Ki bears a strong resembelance to a picture over the entrance of the Tendai Mikkyo temple where Usui-sensei recieved the Mikkyo energies. Left and right side of the brain, angles and curves. Left brain – Linear and logical Right brain – Imagination, creative, intuitive. Sei Hei ki harmonizes and balances the left and right sides of the brain. Place your hands on the cranium and think of / imagine the Sei Hei Ki symbol.

MEANING Purification, mental and emotional cleansing and healing. Also meant as a protective energy. GOD and man become one. Everything originates in your heart. Sei Hei Ki heals the auric field.

USES Sei Hei Ki is used for cleansing, protection, harmony and mental & emotional healing. Good in response to anxiety, stress, nervousness, fear, depression and in the treatment of addictions. Sei Hei Ki can also helpful in the release of wound memories trapped in the body. This can be a good use of the symbol for massage practitioners. The two approaches to the treatment of addictions are the symbol's use to de-program undesired responses to stress (alcohol / drugs) and to re-program positive responses like exercise and contatct with other people. HOW TO USE THIS SYMBOL 1. To dissipate any type of emotional distress: anger, fear, depression, jealousy, hate, greed, distress, headache. Put it between people in confrontation. 2. To dissipate bad vibes. 3. If used for protection, here is how: For psychic protection, draw the mental symbol around yourself. Say, “I perfectly protect myself now with divine love and wisdom”. Then a field of protective energy will surround you. Enhance protection by using it with the power symbol. 4. To protect yourself from negative energies, meditate and visualize an egg shape around yourself and see a spiral of mental and power symbols surrounding you. 5. To filter arguments and disagreements. Imagine the mental symbol between the both of you and it will act as a filter. 6. To enhance memory, here is how: Place hands on head and visualize the mental symbol. Say; “I will remember where I placed my keys within one minute.” Relax, turn your attention to something else, and the information will float up into your awareness. 7. To take tests and learn, here is how: Hold the text book between your hands. Draw the mental symbol over the book and Reiki over it before you study. This will place the important information deeper in your mind and make it more available at the time that you need it. Draw the mental symbol over the test and do Reiki over the test in order to access the correct answers.

Mikkyo / Reiki Klasse Michael Goddard 3 DAI KO MYO

The Great Divine Light

MASTER SYMBOL: DAI KO MYO DESCRIPTION Traditional Japanese Kanji which mean; 'Great Divine Light' The three Japanese kanji represent, 1. Great 2. Divine 3. Light

MEANING Both Traditional and Tibetan symbols mean; “Enlightenment” and are also called the “Master Symbol”. Also; removes karmic blockages, changes vibrations, raises vibrations and brings energy out of the aura of the hand(s). Also; the attunement symbol, send out from the third eye. USES 1. Used to open the crown chakra; project the symbol into the crown to open or enlarge the opening of the crown chakra.

2. Used to project out into a room to raise the vibration of the room (and those in it).

3. Meditate on the symbol to bring about personal peace, increase intuitive and psychic faculties, and enlightenment. a. Project the symbol in front of you and “walk” into it. Absorb the energy and allow it to raise your vibration down to a cellular level. b. Write the symbol on paper and meditate on it. Notice where in the body you feel itʼ s power and presence. c. In conjunction with Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen, send the symbol to yourself in the future and notice what happens when it arrives.

4. Use the symbol with the intent to connect to your higher self, the part of you that holds your eternal wisdom and understanding of the over-all picture of things.

5. Use the symbol with the intent to connect to universal energy source.

6. Use to resonate and work with the spiritual body.

7. Use the symbol to stimulate your thymus chakra. Write the symbol or “drop” it into the area three inches below your throat chakra. This will enhance the function of the immune system and increase your energy flow throughout the body.

8. Use the symbol to charge crystals and other objects. Can “intend” the crystal to become self clearing from that point on.

Mikkyo / Reiki Klasse Michael Goddard 4 HON SHA ZE SHO NEN The Distance Symbol

DESCRIPTION Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen is a collection of different Japanese kanji which mean; book, now, heart, fire, old, sun and run. The symbol strengthens the other symbols when used in combination with them. MEANING “The divine in me reaches out to the divine in you to promote enlightenment and peace.”

“All comes from manʼ s heart and mind” or, in other words, “All is false” Empowers the ability to see beyond illusion. USES Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen is used to open the crown chakra, for programming and to dispel the illusions of time and space (for healing). How to use this symbol:

1. First make a connection through a photo or a name.

2. Then send Reiki between 5 min. Up to a half hour. Draw symbol over the photo. Hold photo in your hands. Meditate briefly on the person, say the name of the symbol 3 times to empower the connection. Intend to send Reiki to them. As the energy flows, do your best to remain conscious, alert and present. The Reiki will be more powerful when you meditate with the flow.

3. For distance healing with a paper, here is how: Write their name on the paper. Draw the symbol over the paper and say the symbolʼ s name 3 times, intend to make a connection and intend to send Reiki to them. Let your mind flow just like a regular treatment in a person who is present after the connection is made. Reiki flows regardless of concentration, but is always stronger if you meditate with the flow.

4. For distance healing with a surrogate, here is how: Symbol and mantra over the surrogate (teddy bear, pillow, doll, etc..) with the intent that the surrogate is the person. Treat the surrogate while holding it in your lap.

5. To empower a future event: When you have an important meeting it is possible to send Reiki to the future to store positive, high vibrational energy like a battery. It will come down to charge the situation at the right time. Use a piece of paper and draw the symbol, mantra over it and Reiki the paper for an important interview, surgery, test, etc..

6. To attain goals using Reiki, here is how:

Mikkyo / Reiki Klasse Michael Goddard 5 Reiki bridges between time and space. Use paper methods If youʼ re not meant to reach your goal at this time, Reiki will help you understand why and may help you to adjust your goal to make it more harmonious with your current path.

7. To help events of the past to evaporate, or to change the emotional charge surrounding past events; Picture that time of your life and release the stress around those events using the distance symbol.

8. To go back to past lives

9. To “visit” realms of higher consciousness.

10.To connect with spirits. It is helpful to send Reiki to a reluctant spirit to pass on because it will help the spirit with the transition to the light.

11. To help accomplish exorcism, clearing a house or room, here is how, When a spirit is not aware on how to make the transition or doesnʼ t understand that it is dead. First call the ascended masters to assist the spirit(s) in going to the light. Then protect yourself by drawing the power symbol to all sides of you and on each chakra. Ask the ascended masters to be with you at all times and to assist you. Use the distance symbol to make the connection with the ascended masters. Make an energetic connection and intend to connect with the spirit(s) using the distance symbol. Say a prayer of intent and ask the ascended masters to assist in taking the spirit(s) up to the light. Possession or exorcism is not a battle, it is a simple process.
