MS. LYNNE M. PATRICK

Ms. Lynne M. Patrick is the Technical Director - Lackland Texas. Ms. Patrick is responsible to the commander for the Air Force’s Component providing Air Force Component and Combatant Commanders with technology and innovative capabilities to ready IW/AFCyber forces to plan and conduct cyberspace operations. Sixteenth Air Force personnel build, extend, operate, secure and defend the Air Force portion of the Department of Defense global network. Joint Force Headquartres-Cyber personnel perform operational planning as part of coordinated efforts to support Air Force Component and Combatant Commanders and, upon the approval of the President and/or the Secretary of Defense, the execution of offensive cyberspace operations. As the Technical Director, Ms. Patrick assists the commander and vice commander identifying relevant and key emerging technologies to better adapt IW/Cyberspace operations, and inform partners on effective technologies the community needs to pursue in an ever-changing and dynamic environment.

Ms. Patrick graduated from the University of Maryland receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems Management. She served in various base level, headquarters, Wing and NAF assignments: Squadron Director, 90 COS, the Communications Agency Division Chief for Enterprise Capabilities at , Illinois, 15th Expeditionary Mobility Task Force, Communications Director at Travis AFB, California, and the 15th Air Force Senior Communication Director at Travis AFB.
