Fasson® DUALPRINT Plus / Permanent(C-2075)

Product Identification Number: AM47290 Facestock: Fasson® DUALPRINT Plus : A woodfree, lightweight, semigloss paper with excellent print characteristics, recommended for Pharma industry for applications on small cylindrical substrates. Basis Weight : 70 gsm + 10% (ISO 536) Caliper: 0.064 mm ± 10% (ISO 534)

Adhesive: Fasson® C-2075 : A special purpose permanent rubber based adhesive for deepfreeze and low temperature applications featuring good initial tack and bond strength to a wide range of substrates.

Minimum Application Temperature : -25 o C (The minimum temperature at which the label can be applied and will adhere) Service Temperature Range : - 50o C to + 70o C (The temperature range to which the label can be exposed after the adhesion bond to the substrate has been formed)

Liner: Fasson® BG40: A supercalendered glassine paper with excellent strength characteristics. Basis Weight : 62 gsm + 10% (ISO 536) Transparency : 46% (DIN 53147) Caliper : 0.053mm + 10% (ISO534)

Total Construction Caliper : 0.135 mm + 10% Dispensing : Excellent automatic dispensing characteristics. Application and Use : Typical applications include labels for Pharma, Cosmetics, Toiletries and other Health and Beauty Aids products, Food and Beverages. The superior flexibility allows application of labels on small cylindrical containers up to 20 mm diameter Food Industry Labels: Fasson® C-2075 adhesive is in compliance with FDA and BgVV regulations for direct contact with dry or moist, non-fatty foods. It is recommended that following points should be taken into consideration before label application- The container should be free of contamination either in the form of mould release agent or a physical contamination in form of dry powder or liquid. The concentricity of the cylindrical containers should be in tight tolerance.

Conversion : Fasson® DUALPRINT Plus product is specially suited to single and/or multicolour line or process printing by Letterpress, Offset, Flexo, Screen and Hot Foil Stamping. A higher gloss finish can be achieved by additional varnishing. Excellent conversion characteristics in rotary and flatbed presses. Shelf Life : Two years when stored at 22o C / 50% RH. As with all self-adhesive materials, this product should be tested thoroughly under end-use conditions to make sure it meets the requirements of the specific application. Version 750009B
