Learning Expedition of Cluster Saude de Galicia to the LEX Holland

This study trip to Holland developed and prepared within the Interreg POCTEP project CODIGOMAIS and co- financed by Igape, Xunta de Galicia and the European Regional Development Fund through operational programme 2014-2020 .

Introduction Cluster Saúde de Galicia from Galicia, Spain, is bringing a delegation of experts in health and social care to the Netherlands in the period from September 30 to October 5, 2019. The Learning Expedition (LEX Holland) is organised by the European Connected Health Alliance (ECHAlliance) in cooperation with GEEF and Afedemy.

The purpose of LEX Holland is to meet health and care providers, learn and exchange knowledge and experience in providing health and care, with the goal to establish cooperation in research, projects and commercial opportunities.

Galicia is a 2,7M citizen region in NW Spain whose health and social care system is seen as one of the best in the world, ranker #1 by Bloomberg.

It is located in the city of Steenbergen, which is close to Roosendaal. The hospital could tell something about how in the Netherlands we look at Healthcare in the future.
