1.1. CHAIN OF COMMAND a. One of the most important aspects of Flight Safety is that all Crew Members should be aware that it is vital to communicate, co-operate and work together as a team, in both routine and emergency situation. b. Following is Chain of command which shall always be respected. 1. Captain / Pilot-in-Command 2. (FO) or Co-pilot 3. Training & Check Purser (TCP)/Senior Purser (SP). 4. Flight Purser/Lead Cabin Crew (FP/LCC) 5. Cabin Crew (FS/AH). c. PIC is responsible for Safety of Passengers, Crew Members, Cargo and aircraft at exact point at which PIC assumes responsibility in A/C and continues till release from flight duty. This means that Captain’s legitimate orders and decisions on all matters related to his command must be followed. This high authority which is bestowed on Captain is in accordance with Corporation and Rules. Any disagreement relating to this authority will be handled after completion of flight through proper channel. d. In an event if PIC becomes incapacitated, First Officer/Co-Pilot will be 2nd in command. Hence, chain of command will be followed in sequence highlighted above. Lead Cabin Crew should take command and ensure safety of passengers. e. Cabin Crew is in charge of passengers in cabin area and should ensure compliance with all applicable state regulations concerning safety of flight and passengers activity in cabin.

1.2. CREW MEMBER All Cabin Crew serving with PIA will comply with Corporation orders, regulations and procedures, and may be subject to disciplinary action in case of violations omissions and irregularities. a) All Cabin Crew Members shall follow local / foreign customs and immigrations Laws / rules & regulations. If any Crew Member found violations of these rules and involved in smuggling / illegal carriage of (Controlled Document do not copy without prior permission of GM – FSD)

mobile phones, laptops, cigarettes, currency, medicines, and numerous other objectionable items will result in dismissal of services from Corporation. b) In order to make PIA flights safe efficient and economical it is expected that all Cabin Crew will closely comply with all regulations, instructions and orders issued which are relevant to their duties. c) Cabin Crew observing any deviation from prescribed normal or emergency procedures will immediately bring such deviations to the attention of Captain and their respective superiors. d) Report any details (in general or in particular) which are considered to be unsafe, impractical or inconsistent with Corporation standards or procedures which could be improved. Such reporting offers double benefit of corporation sharing of experience and chance to adopt corrective measures. Therefore, information about such incidents should be as complete as possible. It shall normally be forwarded via established company channels; none reporting may be detrimental to safety. e) Captain is responsible for ensuring that significant events relating to safety will be reported without delay to Operations Control in Karachi, to enable safeguarding of essential data, and adoption of immediate measures for potential corrective actions. f) Situations may arise where a Crew Member considers it necessary to report an incident or deviation from normal procedure etc., but wants to remain anonymous. Under these circumstances he/she should reports in SAMs Software in Crew Website (AIMs) http//crew.piac.com.pk/ or contact the Director Safety & Quality Assurance either personally or in writing and can also consult the Safety Management System (SMS) described in Chapter # 09 for guidance.

1.3. CAPTAIN/PILOT-IN-COMMAND Captain/Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of an A/C is directly responsible to fly A/C safely within the operating envelope during all phases of flight, according to relevant regulations and with due consideration of passengers comfort, punctuality and economy.

Captain has full authority over: a) Flight Crew & Cabin Crew on duty under his command. b) Passengers during entire flight till disembarkation. c) Safety of Crew Members, Passengers, Cargo and A/C. Note: Duties/Responsibilities and authority of Flight Crew are described in PIA Operations Manual.

1.4. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF CABIN CREW Cabin Crew is responsible to PIC of A/C and the privileges of a Cabin Crew shall be as under: a) Preserve safety of passengers on board A/C and provide guidance during an emergency. b) Safe evacuation of passengers in an emergency. c) Assist passengers in case of an injury or sickness. d) Comply with the PIC for safe conduct of flight. e) When operating a flight TCP/SP/FP shall exercise privilege of supervising a group of Cabin Crew along with the above mentioned privileges, can be identified as LCC (Lead Cabin Crew).

1.5. SAFETY OVERSIGHT Civil Aviation Authority Inspectors shall carry out Safety Oversight Inspections and Audits of PIA flights, PIA Training Centre and Flight Services Division to ensure the following: a) Crew Recruitment, Training& Certification Section maintains a complete record of Training and Certification of Cabin Crew on consolidated and individual basis. b) Planning &Scheduling shall ensure that Flight Duty Time Limitations and Regulations are complied. c) Supervisor Crew detailed on wet lease A/C can fluently express in English instructions to Pakistani Cabin Crew detailed on flight. d) Cabin Crew holding valid Competency Certificates on type of A/C possess required knowledge and follows approved procedures

e) Cabin Crew performs their functions during flights in accordance with regulations of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Pakistan and all other International Regulatory Authorities. f) TCP/SP/FP/CC will be detailed by Corporation in the following order:

TCP/DCCC - Training & Check Purser/ DCCC SP/DCCC - Senior Purser/Designated Check Cabin Crew FP - Flight Purser/ Lead Cabin Crew FS/AH - Flight Steward/Airhostess

1.6. DESIGNATED CHECK CABIN CREW – DCCC A Lead Cabin Crew may be considered to perform duties as DCCC provided he/she has: 1. PIA/PCAA-Valid Cabin Crew Competency Certificate. 2. Suitable temperament. 3. Must be recommended by . 4. At least two (2) year experience as a lead Cabin Crew. 5. Satisfactory Assessment and Monitoring Reports by CAA Inspector. 6. DCCC is selected for One (1) aircraft, in which CAA inspector carry out Checks and certified that aircraft only. 7. One DCCC for every 50 Cabin Crew Members are available to handle the required checks and certification task. This shall be in addition, to his/her duties assigned by Corporation. When performing duties as DCCC. FS/AH who completed In-flight Supervisory Course may be recommended for ATR only.

1.7. LEAD CABIN CREW – LCC Lead Cabin Crew is one who is authorized to supervise a group of Cabin Crew functioning under him/her during a flight. SP/FP is selected and trained on In-flight Management Supervisory course and assessed by TCP/DCCC on flight will be issued Certificates of LCC. A Cabin Crew with 02 years or more service in flying may be

recommended for Lead Cabin Crew, SP/FP for normal operations will be considered as Lead Cabin Crew.

1.8. GENERAL DUTIES OF ALL CABIN CREW MEMBERS All Cabin Crew must adhere to following on all flight; ensure to be available for mandatory pre-flight briefing for a flight. a) Briefing Room Duties: 1. Report to Briefing Officer / Grooming Officer, respectively collect flight information and latest updated Circulars. 2. Collect Pre-Flight Information Performa, ensure each Crew Member fills and sign it and SP/FP to make sure to attach this Performa on must basis with Flight Services Log. 3. Collect Custom form and Immigration Performa (where applicable) 4. Review latest Safety Bulletins, Circulars, Instruction, SEP revisions and Information. 5. Ensure that; i) Be present for Pre-Departure Mandatory Briefing session. ii) In possession of PIA/PCAA Cabin Crew Competency Certificate (CCCC) with all required valid Certifications, Visa’s (if required), SEP Manual, Personal/Official Documents and approved serviceable torch. iii) Certified to operate type of Aircraft detailed on. iv) Ensure carryon regulations. v) Documentation is completed before leaving Briefing Room. 6. On International/Regional flights report to Customs/ Narcotics /Immigration authorities at , well in time to cross check name spelling same as inscribed in passport and GD to meet International immigration requirement(s), to avoid unnecessary delay. 7. Be aware of Domestic/International destination stations Rules and Regulations.

b) On-Board Responsibilities:

1. Crew member report in their area of responsibility for pre-assigned duties as per working position and consult emergency equipment location chart for checking of equipments, 2. Check assigned jump seat, opening & closing (retractable), belt /shoulder harness lock/quick release function by occupying seat and adjusting belt, life vest availability and secured. 3. Check Emergency Equipment availability, validity, sealed, serviceability tagged/checked and accessibility. Check functionality of all Electronic systems i.e. PEEPLS and Exit lights, intercom system, call lights, reading lights, ceiling light, IFE system, toilets and functions where applicable in their working area. 4. Crew Member is responsible for ensuring that security procedures of aircraft are pertinent to particular flight have been completed prior to departure, during transits and before leaving aircraft. FP/CC (FS/AH) must report to SP that a cabin security check has been completed before passengers aboard aircraft. Check should consist of a visual scrutiny of cabin, galley, toilets and crew rest areas where applicable. Cabin Crew shall carry out check in their assigned emergency areas. 5. Check if previous Cabin Defects reported in CML have been rectified and also report noted defects 6. Coordinate(s) with relevant agencies for readiness of Flight for on time departure. 7. Ensure galley loading has been completed and Field Service staff has left, service doors which were opened are closed. Inform SP well in time for clearance. 8. Ensure that passengers are all seated on their assigned seats and ensure pre-departure safety checks & also ensure service procedures/regulations are followed throughout flight. 9. Ensure only assigned Crew MembePr carry out Arming / Disarming of door and Cross Check is done upon command and of their opposite doors. Confirmation of Arming / Disarming and physically cross check, confirmation is given to SP/LCC on Intercom by each individual station sequentially from right rear most exit crew will respond.

10. SP/LCC to confirm Arming/Disarming of the door from F/D using intercom. 11. Ensure vigilance and responsibility in handling of Passengers with Special Needs to avoid occurrence of any Safety Hazard. 12. Ensure prior to taxing, takeoff, landing until parking, all passengers are seated with seat belt fastened, table closed, seat back upright position, baggage stowed under the seat or over head bin, window shutters open, curtains secured, exit free of any obstruction, galley secured and Crew Members seated with shoulder harness and seat belt. 13. Ensure during turbulence whenever Seat Belt signs are “ON” make Turbulence announcement and check all passenger are seated with their seat belt fastened and all Crew Members also occupy their seats with their seat belt& shoulder harness fastened. 14. Ensure uniform turn out, grooming standards, discipline and Chain of Command is maintained at all times. TCP/SP/FP/LCC ensure all crew member must move together. 15. During Flight area movement is completely prohibited, unless any passenger requirement arises to move from their area. 16. TCPs/SPs/LCC are required to make log entry of post arrival 360 check and disarming of the Doors in CML on must basis. 17. SP/LCC to seek permission from F/D on intercom prior to opening of any door on must basis. 18. Abnormal incident of any nature shall be reported to CAPT/SP/FP for Management review, through Safety Management System(SMS).

1.9. TRAINING & CHECK PURSER (TCP) a) Main Functions: TCPs will normally operate flights over and above the Cabin Crew complement and conduct On Job Training (OJT), Proficiency evaluation checks of Cabin Crew, Evaluate flights for Improvement of In-Flight Services provided to passenger. However, they may be assigned duties of Senior Purser SP on Corporation requirement. TCP or Selected SP will assess one senior (Flight Purser) and two junior

(Airhostess/Flight Steward) Cabin Crew Members on a single sector flight of more than two (2) hours.

b) Responsibilities: 1. Ensure all safety procedures are followed. 2. Operate flights and conduct On Job Training (OJT) and monitor Performance/Evaluation and fill all required forms of Cabin Crew who have been assessed. 3. Will keep themselves abreast of latest development and trends in Aviation and plan to develop Training Need Analysis (TNA). Impart guidelines to achieve standards set by the Corporation. 4. Will be responsible to inform Monitoring & Standards Section of Customer’s reaction to various services being provided including Ground Service, Entertainment, Food / Beverage, Saleable items etc., in order to bring about changes for improvement in overall service. 5. Will make all efforts to enhance job knowledge of Cabin Crew in relation with safety procedures and in-flight services standards. 6. Ensure all Cabin Crew maintain valid Competency Certificate for types of Aircraft / Passport / Visas (If required) and carry all relevant Operational Documents, Manuals, including approved functional Torch on all flights. 7. When operating flights as a SP will ensure that pre-flight check of Emergency Equipment, Jump Seats and Electronic system function is conducted by Cabin Crew. Coordinate with Flight deck Crew & other agencies with emphasis on passenger comfort. 8. Any other duties assigned from time to time by Captain, Management or by CAA Pakistan.

1.10. SENIOR PURSER (SP) a) Main Functions: SP are responsible for overall supervision of Cabin Crew in all zones. Ensure smooth conduct of in-flight services, in B/C in particular and EY+/EY in general. SP shall adhere to the following responsibilities. b) Responsibilities Before Take-Off: 1. Follow General Duties of Cabin Crew.

2. Conduct Pre-Flight Briefing and check proficiency of Cabin Crew. 3. Check CML for previous recorded defects and include any other defects that are detected prior to departure. 4. Brief Captain on the following; i) Pre-flight Safety Briefing of Crew conducted. ii) Exchange “Code of the Day” with PIC. iii) Present Cabin Crew Deployment Chart. iv) Safety check of the Emergency Equipment for Flight deck& Cabin conducted. Status of pervious notified defects in the CML and any new defects which require immediate attention. v) Cabin Readiness to receive passenger. vi) Enquire of any special briefing required for Cabin Crew. 5. Coordinates with relevant agencies for readiness of flight, for on time departure. 6. Flight information details are obtained from Captain well before departure time and approximate taxi time should be obtained so as to manage safety announcement within time. Flight Crew should not be disturbed during check list reading and engine startup. However, if attention is urgently required, contact Flight Crew through intercom. 7. When boarding is completed and all papers including copy of Trim Sheet is received. Ensures all pax are seated accordingly on their assigned seats in each zone. After taking clearance from area FP that galley equipment and toilets are secured, exits seating regulations has been adhered to and exits are clear from any obstruction or any unsecured/loose item/baggage which may hinder any unplanned emergency(if required). 8. Captain is informed for clearance of flight. i) Passengers seated properly, exits clear from all obstruction and all flight documents on board. ii) Announcement to be made for all ground staff to leave aircraft. iii) Close Main Doors when ground staff leaves A/C. iv) On command from Flight deck “Cabin Crew Arm Doors Slides & Cross Check”, all assigned Cabin Crew will Arm their doors & Cross Check physically. SP/LCC to verify from all stations

through Intercom, sequentially from right rear most exit crew will respond, before the first movement of the Aircraft. v) SP/LCC to confirm Arming of the door from F/D using intercom. 9. Ensure Safety Announcements and Demonstration are done. SP must make a 360 degree round in the Cabin ensuring the following : “All passenger seated with their seat belt fastened, seat upright, table folded, baggage secured, window shutters opened, curtain & Galley secured, all exits clear.” PIC informed regarding “Cabin Ready” through intercom by pressing relevant code or button. (As per Aircraft). PIC will Command “Cabin Crew take your seats / stations for Take-Off “and all Cabin Crew seated with seat belt & shoulder harness fastened at their Jump Seats c) Responsibilities During Flight: 1. During different stages/types of turbulence, all passenger and Cabin Crew are seated with seat belt & shoulder harness fastened. 2. Ensure smoking regulations are enforced, and all other safety regulations & checks are followed. 3. Supervise In-Flight Services, especially in B+ class & take on spot necessary corrective action. 4. Responsible for the conduct, discipline of Cabin Crew on board/out stations. 5. Ensure that all Crew Members maintain presentable uniform turn out within grooming standards. Displaying positive attitude and give performance as per standards. 6. Some SP/LCC may be selected as DCCC after being assessed by CAA Pakistan Flight Inspectors, who will issue them a Certificate which is valid for one year. 7. Selected SP will be assigned duties, that they will conduct OJT/training & monitor Performance Evaluation for regular/newly inducted Cabin Crew.

8. Responsible to fill all necessary Documents, Flight Services Log informing Management about any special occurrence during flight or at outstations, so that appropriate action may be taken. 9. At start of descent, SP should inform regarding number of wheelchairs and obtain destination temperature. Deputed Cabin Crew will make landing announcement.

d) Responsibilities During Descent & Post Landing: 1. At the top of descent Captain will recycle the Seat Belt sign “TWICE”. This is an indication to the Crew to prepare the cabin for landing. TCP/SP/LCC shall inform Captain about wheelchairs. Make sure all passengers seated with their seat belt fastened, seat back upright, table folded, galley & baggage secured, window shutters opened, curtain secured, all exits clear and all Crew Members seated with seat belt & shoulder harness fastened. 2. SP/LCC must inform Flight Deck regarding “Cabin Ready” through Intercom or by pressing relevant code or buttons as per aircraft. 3. PIC will give instruction, “Cabin Crew takes your seats/stations for landing”. All Crew to follow instructions. After A/C lands and comes to a complete stop, PIC will announce,” Cabin Crew prepare for arrival, Disarm Doors Slides & Cross Check”. All assigned Crew will ensure Door is Disarmed, crossed checked physically, SP/LCC to verify from all related crew through Intercom & sequentially from right rear most exit crew will respond. 4. SP/LCC to confirm Disarming of the doors from F/D using intercom and seek permission prior to opening of any door on must basis. 5. Hand over all related documents, items under check sheets and Inform ground staff about special handling passengers / WCHC / WCHR is handed over to ground staff upon completion of Passenger disembarkation. 6. Make log entry of post arrival 360 check and disarming of doors in CML on must basis. 7. Proceed to Briefing Room/Hotel with Crew Member & Conduct debriefing session. Handover completed Flight Services Log to B/O with other relevant Documents. Inform any special occurrence

that is required to be intimated to Management or B/O without delay. 8. Any other duties assigned by PIC and Management.

1.11. FLIGHT PURSER (FP) a) Main Functions: Flight Purser is responsible for a zone i.e EY Class as assigned by SP for complete In-Flight Service activities on board with emphasis on passengers comfort safety & satisfaction provided by zone Crew. Perform all duties of an LCC in operation. b) Responsibilities: 1. Follow General Duties of Cabin Crew. 2. Participate and implement in-flight services as planned by TCP/SP. 3. Assist SP in balancing/deploying Cabin Crew for working and safety purposes. 4. Conduct a thorough pre-flight check of emergency equipment, reconfirm load provided in each galley and Inform to SP. Also confirm from zone crew functional checks of galley equipment, toilets, cabin and inform shortcoming to SP. 5. Conduct in-flight duty free sale on Regional &International Flights as per existing procedure. 6. Motivate Cabin Crew to achieve improved performance, have positive attitude, ensuring high level of discipline onboard and presentable grooming/turnaround at all times. 7. Ensure implementation of all PIA rules /regulations in his/her area & maintain chain of command. 8. Any other duties assigned by PIC and Management.

1.12. JUNIOR CABIN CREW (SFS/FS/SAH/AH) a) Main Functions: SFS/FS/SAH/AH Responsible to PIC/TCP/SP/FP/LCC throughout the flight. Receive and check uplift of food items, service equipment and function of galley systems. Check & receive cabin utility items, as well as, check toilet cleaning, ensure readiness of cabin for receiving passengers for ultimate passenger comfort.

b) Responsibilities: 1. Follow General Duties of Cabin Crew. 2. Responsible to work in the allocated area as detailed by SP/FP/LCC. 3. Conduct a thorough pre-flight check of emergency equipment, Crew detailed in another area will check their respective station Jump seat and emergency equipment also. According to the working position Cabin Crew detailed will check galley / cabin / toilets in their area and organize galley /toilets/cabin accordingly as per the latest procedure. 4. Perform Pre-Departure Cabin Security Checks as follows: i) Galley : Check Meal Carts/Trolleys, Containers, Coat Compartments/Closets, Chillers/Fridge, Ovens/Warmers etc., ii) Lavatories : Bins, Compartments/Closets, Under sink area, Containers etc., iii) Cabin: Overhead bins, Closets/Compartments, Dog Houses, Drop Ceiling, Under Passenger seats etc. iv) Flight Deck: FWD Crew shall check for all equipment/ any unidentified item. v) Crew Rest Area: FWD/AFT Bunks available in B777LR /B777ER Only. 5. Make all in-flight announcements, when detailed by SP/FP/LCC if cleared for it. 6. Maintain and improve professional efficiency / self-conduct. 7. Ensure honesty, dedication, discipline and be courteous in discharging his/her duties and responsibilities. 8. Perform any other duty from time to time as assigned by the SP/FP/LCC and management.

c) Cabin Crew Detailing on ATR Aircraft: One of two Cabin Crew detailed on ATR shall not have to his/her credit less than two years of flying experience. By virtue of his/her seniority will act as LCC and exercise privileges of Lead Cabin Crew provided he/she has endorsement of “ATR Supervisory skills” on competency certificate. Note: 1. An ATR Cabin Crew with a supervisory endorsement, when operating on any other A/C will perform functions as a normal Cabin Crew. 2. Whenever an ATR Flight is operated with one (1) crew he/she must have endorsement of ATR supervisory skills.

1.13. Cabin Crew Responsibilities on Observation/Familiarization Flights: 1. Be present for Pre-Departure mandatory Safety briefing. 2. Will board the aircraft with operating crew (ensure stub of boarding card hand over to Passenger Handling staff). 3. Conduct Pre-Flight Check of entire Emergency Equipments and Systems. 4. Do Pre-Flight Check of Galley Equipments, Toilets & Cabin. 5. Transmits any observations to LCC. 6. For Take-Off and Landing occupy assigned seat. 7. When aircraft levels up get up from seat, go into galley area & involved self in all SOP except serving passengers 8. After landing and passenger disembarkation follow post arrival duties and responsibilities of Cabin Crew. 9. Proceed to Briefing Room for Debriefing. NOTE: Whenever Cabin Crew detailed on observation / Familiarization flight, it should be on minimum of (2) sectors & flight time will be at least an hour of each sector. Two (2) observers Cabin Crew can be detailed on narrow body aircraft and Four (4) observers Cabin Crew on wide body aircraft.

SP/LCC shall mention status as conformity/non-conformity of the equipment & Life Jacket Pouch checked Seal number enters in the Cabin Maintenance Log. 13. SP/LCC shall ensure that a SEP Manual is readily available on flight, in FWD area. 14. Report to Flight Deck for Crew deployment card/Total number of Cabin Crew/Cabin defects / Cabin Temperature/Cabin is ready for Passenger boarding/Any Special Briefing by PIC. 5. Security Checks: Perform Pre-Departure/Transits Cabin Security Checks and confirm to SP/LCC 1. Galley : Check Meal Carts/Trolleys, Containers, Coat Compartments/Closets, Chillers/Fridge, Ovens/Warmers etc., 2. Lavatories : Bins, Compartments/Closets, Under sink area, Containers etc., 3. Cabin :Overhead bins, Closets/Compartments, Dog Houses, Drop Ceiling, Under Passenger seats etc. 4. Flight Deck: FWD Crew shall check for all equipment/ any unidentified item. 5. Bunks: FWD/AFT Bunkers available in B777LR/ER SP/LCC shall give Cabin Clearance to PIC/Passenger Handing Staff

6. Passenger Boarding: 1. Crew greeting at door shall ensure compliance of heavy hand baggage regulations/checking boarding card/ Flight No if the same /Seat No guidance. 2. Proper stowage of Hand baggage 3. Exit seating of passengers regulation to be followed; a. Passenger is not handicapped b. Passenger is not carrying an infant c. Passenger is not less than 15 years of age d. Passenger is able to read English or Urdu e. Expectant mother/Unruly or Inadmissible Passenger/Deportees / Passenger in custody/UM and Obese f. Passenger is willing to operate the exit in case of emergency 4. Ensure aisles and exist are clear of any obstruction 5. Passenger with Infant are seated where extra Oxygen mask available 6. Infant secure and provided with toddler Life jackets where applicable 7. ABP’s at emergency Exits to be Briefed 8. In case of Re-Fuelling with passenger on board, regulation to be followed. Note: Violations if any shall be notified to SP/FP/LCC or PIC. 7. Door Close (Before & After) 1. SP/LCC shall ensure all ship papers are on board, esp. Name in GD of Crew Members to be according to the Passport. 2. Check load sheet and convey load to Area Pursers. 3. Purser to confirm to SP/FP/LCC all passengers are seated on assigned seats. 4. Close door (make announcement for ground staff to leave A/C/ ensure mobile phones are to be switched off) 5. Confirm to PIC 6. After command from Flight Deck, Arm Doors and cross check. SP/LCC to verify through intercom before the first movement of the A/C. 7. Safety and all other relevant announcements. 8. Crew to position accordingly for demo with demo equipment where video is not visible / working. 9. Conduct cabin safety check: a) Passengers seated with seat belt fastened/seat back upright/meal

Ensure movement of Cabin Crew Members & Passenger is restricted while A/C is taxing. 11. Cabin Lightning should be ‘Dim or Low’ at the time of take-off 12. On command from Flight Deck, Cabin Crew to be seated at assigned jump seats immediately, fasten seat belt & shoulder harness before Take-off. 8. In-Flight Safety Duties: Remain vigilant in-flight on the following: 1. Compliance of NO-Smoking/Sterile Flight Deck &Entry Procedures 2. Attend passenger’s call bells/flight deck calls and Intercom call promptly (3 sec) 3. Passenger seat belts fastened, when seat belt signs are on 4. Toilet checked (after 1 passenger in B+ & after 3 passengers EY/Class) at regular intervals for Fire/Smoke and maintenance purpose. 5. Any unusual sound/vibrations/suspicious item/incident, immediately inform PIC. 6. Passenger requiring First Aid 7. Security and Safety of Passenger 8. Exits & aisles are clear 4. ABPs are at their assigned exit seats 5. Landing announcement is made 6. Cabin safety checks are conducted 7. Inform Captain the requirement for wheel chair/ambulifter obtain at top of descend time 8. Galleys secured and electrical switches off 9. All Galleys/Partition Curtains fastened 10. IFE switched Off except for Air show 11. SP/LCC to initiate Landing announcement 12. Passengers Remain seated b. Passengers not to remove hand baggage’s 2. Smoking restriction followed 3. On command from Flight deck follow Disarming procedure & door opening SOP must be ensured 4. SP/FP/LCC shall verify Disarming and Cross Check from all crew through intercom, Crew shall confirm status 5. Obtain door open clearance from Flight deck (for A310/B777)/ ground staff for all other Aircraft. 6. Assigned crew to open doors 7. Hand over relevant documents/UM/Deportees/inadmissible passengers/stretcher/WCHR 8. After disembarkation of Passenger perform security check. Passenger does not leave hand baggage on board. Identify any left baggage/article to security staff (if & where security staff not available) or hand over to passenger handling staff 9. Before disembarking SP/FP/LCC shall mention in CML “All Doors Disarmed” after verifying physically by taking 360 in the cabin 10. Crew to remain onboard if Passenger are on board 11.
