Joint Planning Conferences with FAA: ODA is currently working on scheduling these conferences with the FAA and 49 GA Airport Sponsors as well as putting together the agenda and annual statewide SCIP for these conferences. Master Planning efforts (not ODA): ODA is participating as a PAC member for Master Plans with : Ashland, Bend, Grants Pass, Klamath Falls and Medford Tall Structure Reviews/ 7460-1 Analysis / Land Use Analysis: Year to date 183 have been completed and we continue to work on these as they are submitted ODA / ODOE Reviewing Agency Coordination : ODA is reviewing multiple wind turbine projects ODA is working with ODOT on multimodal issues and timeline to recognize the newly revised Oregon Aviation Plan for future incorporation into the Oregon Transportation Plan (ODOT) UAS & Test Range Work – ODA is approximately ¾ complete with the SOAR Test Range Fund Transfer and oversight. • SAC Program Adopted by the Board March 7, 2017; update from 1990 Program • Program in accordance with DLCD statutes & rules: ORS 187.180; OAR 660-30 & 31 • Program is detailed in Oregon Administrative Rule OAR 738-130 • Purpose: To assure that ODA’s land use programs are carried out in compliance with the statewide planning goals and in a manner that is also compatible with acknowledged comprehensive plans. • Public involvement: • Planning Advisory Committee (PAC): Include Federal / State / Local / Special Districts / Interested Parties • At least one Public Meeting • Draft Plans are distributed to all participating and parties of record for comment to identify conflicts and ensure coordination with local comprehensive plans.
