Goals for Roses Are Red Weddings And Events

Roses Are Red Weddings And Events is a small wedding and event planning business in The Woodlands, TX. Not only am I a wedding planner, but also a designer at heart. This is why I offer design with my coordination packages. I desire for my bridal clients to have their visions become a reality by using my services. I will go through the entire planning process with my clients using mood boards, wedding day timelines, bridal questionnaires, and more to ensure they receive exactly what they want and need before the wedding. I offer three different wedding packages and add-on services that may be used on any package that the client has chosen. The packages I offer are the full planning (diamond) package, the partial planning (platinum) package, the “day-of” services (gold) package, and (gold dust) add-ons. With the full and partial planning packages, I also offer design input. “Day-of” services only allow me to make sure the (already chosen) wedding vendors run smoothly. There is one separate service that may not be used on a package, which is proposal planning. With proposal planning, I meet with the client and ask them questions in order to brainstorm the most special way to propose to their bride-to-be. I am working toward earning my cosmetology license, so in 2018, my business will have a salon added for both regular salon clients and for my wedding planning services. When a client chooses a wedding planning package, they will be offered a discount on bridal hair styles, bridal party makeup, nails, and facials. With this type of business, I can market myself in more ways than I could if I were a wedding planner alone. Before 2018, I plan to advertise my business in the local newspaper, on talk radio, and in local bridal magazines for Texas. When I add the salon onto my business, I will then advertise myself in hair magazines and will attempt to get radio time to talk about my merged business. I want to advertise to brides who desire beautiful, signature weddings at any budget. With my merged business, I believe I will gain more clients through advertisement, vendor referrals, and face-to-face interactions with regular clients who come to my salon. In one year, I see my business beginning to grow with more clients after they see and hear about the advertisements. After five years, I want to hire more employees to help me with wedding planning tasks, such as assistant wedding planners, extra “day-of” coordinators, and an accountant to help me with the tasks that I won’t have as much time for once I gain more clients. In ten years, I want to be more established and known for my signature weddings and professionalism. I will likely hire a couple of more wedding planners to work with clients. By the ten year mark, I want Roses Are Red Weddings And Events to be one of the most well-known and reputable wedding planning businesses in The Woodlands, TX.
