Medan, 29 April 2019 Ruth Astrid Sumihar ABSTRAK PENGARUH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION DAN TRUST IN BRAND TERHADAP LOYALITAS KONSUMEN (Studi Pada Konsumen Nature Republic Aloe Vera Soothing Gel di Kota Medan) Nama : Ruth Astrid Sumihar NIM : 150907084 Program Studi : Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis Fakultas : Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Dosen Pembimbing : Onan Marakali Siregar, S.Sos, M.Si Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti pengaruh customer satisfaction dan trust in brand terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada konsumen Nature Republic aloe vera soothing gel. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya permintaan konsumen akan skin care Korea yang mengakibatkan banyaknya perusahaan Korea yang mengimpor produk skin carenya ke Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan 96 responden sebagai sampel, dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampelnya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yang meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis linear berganda, uji-T, uji-F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Data yang telah diuji kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan software pengolahan data statistik. Hasil dari olahan data menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh customer satisfaction dan trust in brand terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi dapat dilihat R square sebesar 0,319 atau 31,9% yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara customer satisfaction dan trust in brand terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada konsumen Nature Republic Aloe Vera Soothing Gel. Sedangkan, sebesar 68,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Data lain juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh customer satisfaction dan trust in brand terhadap loyalitas konsumen, hal ini terlihat dari hasil t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel, dari hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel customer satisfaction dan trust in brand terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas konsumen. Kata Kunci : Customer Satisfaction, Trust in Brand, Loyalitas Konsumen i ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND TRUST IN BRAND AGAINST CONSUMER LOYALTY (Study of Nature Republic Consumers Aloe Vera Soothing Gel in Medan City) Name :Ruth Astrid Sumihar NIM :150907084 Study Program : Business Administration Science Faculty : Social and Political Sciences Advisor : Onan Marakali Siregar, S.Sos, M.Si The Research was conducted to examine the effect of customer satisfaction and trust in brand on consumer loyalty at Nature Republic Aloe Vera Soothing Gel consumers, which was motivated by the high consumer demand for skin care Korean which resulted in many Korean companies exporting their products skin care to Indonesia. This research uses 96 respondents as samples, using purposive sampling as a sampling technique. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis test, T-test, F-test, and test coefficient of determination. The data that has been tested is then processed using statistical data processing software. The results of processed data show that there is an effect of customer satisfaction and trust in brand on consumer loyalty. From the test results of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that R square is 0.319 or 31.9% which means that there is an influence between customer satisfaction and trust in brand on consumer loyalty at Nature Republic consumers Aloe Vera Soothing Gel. Meanwhile, 68.1% is influenced by other factors. Other data also shows the influence of customer satisfaction and trust in brand on consumer loyalty, this can be seen from the results of t count greater than t table, from this result it can be concluded that Ha accepted and H0 rejected. Based on this, it can be concluded that the variable customer satisfaction and trust in brand have a significant influence on the variable consumer loyalty. A more recent announcement by CJ E&M points to an even more aggressive plan for regional ubiquity, as encapsulated by Hallyu 4.0. Simultaneously, we have already felt some of the effect of policy changes in China – a core Hallyu market – as a response to Korea’s plan to deploy a Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system. In this sense, we see the stirrings of a clash between Korean soft power and Chinese hard power, and are uncertain who will emerge on top. This paper examines the broad success of Hallyu from key theoretical perspectives, while addressing linkages between Korean corporations and cultural power/influence that have led to an announcement such as Hallyu 4.0. This paper also highlights the recent tensions between Korea and China, specifically with respect to THAAD deployment, and outlines potential implications for businesses and policymakers through preliminary scenarios. Therefore, social media can be the outlet for the company to represent product, enhance brand reputation, brand awareness and user management. Where those factors can frequently influence the customer purchase decision. Customer purchase decision is highly influence by advertisement through social media and recommendation or review from electronic word of mouth or buzzword. Therefore, the company are enhancing the customers relying on social media for their purchases. Innisfree adalah merek kosmetik berorientasi naturalisme. Adapun pencetus brand ini adalah Sung-Whan Suh yang percaya pada kekuatan dari bahan alami untuk kesehatan kulit. Sung-Whan Suh adalah pendiri dari perusahaan kosmetik dan perawatan kulit ternama di Korea Selatan yaitu Amorepacific Corporation. Innisfree sendiri berada dalam naungan perusahaan Amorepacific Corporation bersama dengan brand- brand ternama lainya seperti: Leneige, Sulwhasoo, Etude House, Manonde, Primera, Odyssey. Innisfree sendiri adalah sebuah brand asal Korea Selatan yang bergerak dalam bidang kosmetik dan perawatan kulit yang berbahan dasar alami dan organik. Bahan dasar yang digunakan dalam pembuatan produk kosmetik dan perawatan kulit ini berasal dari kekayaan alam Pulau Jeju. Pulau Jeju adalah sebuah pulau kecil yang masih sangat asri, yang terletak di pantai selatan Korea Selatan. Pulau ini dikenal sebagai pulau yang memiliki udara yang segar, matahari yang hangat, dan air yang jernih. Multiple regression analysis was to see if the influence of COO and brand image on purchase decision is significant. The results show that COO and brand image had positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of Etude House products. Its sales increased 32.5% from Rp7.56 trilliun in 2009 to Rp11.3 triliun in 2013 (Kementrian Perindustrian, 2013). One indication of this is the increase of local and international cosmetic brands marketed in Indonesia. The local brands such as Wardah, Sari Ayu, Mustika Ratu, and Viva have to compete with international brands coming from different countries. Table 1 presents the top ten international brands conquering Indonesian market and their country of origin. This capstone project aims to explore how K-pop celebrities use social media to promote authentic self- branding that attracts global audiences through examining specific forms of authenticity that members of the K-pop group SuperM uses on their personal Instagram accounts and the fan/celebrity interactions that result from the posts. Findings of the study show four qualities of authenticity as well as four aspects of culture that are prominent in the posts.
