How it works: We supply you with a local direct dial phone number and a password. You download and log in to POPP’s Accession teleworking app on your smartphone and/or computer. Inbound Calls: Simply use call forwarding on your desk phone or with your current provider to forward inbound calls to the POPP-provided telephone number. You can then answer calls using the Accession teleworking app on your smartphone or computer. Unanswered calls go to a voicemail box included with the app. Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls using the app or the web portal. Those you call will recognize it is you because your business phone number appears on Caller ID. Your personal phone number remains private.
