City Timber Room Capacity: 38 Buffet / 38 Plated This banquet room, situated on the top floor of the Peak Chalet, has a charm and warmth with wooden beams and contemporary décor. A stately stone fireplace is the feature in the City Timber Room along with a commanding view overlooking the Lower Mainland and . The adjoining Timber Deck has sweeping views over the Lower Mainland as a backdrop and makes for an intimate location to hold your ceremony.

Lupins Café Capacity: 155 Plated / 155 Buffet Located on the main floor of the Peak Chalet, Lupins Café offers stunning decorative alpine features, such as high cedar beams and copper lights that exude a soft glow in the evening. This warm and inviting room creates a flexible space ideal for buffets or cocktail receptions. Lupins Café features a private deck overlooking the City of Vancouver, Georgia Strait and surrounding mountains. This outdoor deck is not covered.

Complimentary Activities and Skyride

Skyride admission is complimentary for guests attending your wedding when food and beverage minimums are met. Complimentary admission includes a host of activities available to your guests before and/or after your wedding.

SUMMER: Visit the Grouse Mountain Refuge for Endangered Wildlife, home to two Grizzly bears Grinder and Coola; the Theatre in the Sky; Lumberjack Show; Self Guided Interpretive Walks; Birds in Motion Demonstration, and breathtaking views of the city and surrounding mountains.

WINTER: Theatre in the Sky; Ice Skating; Sleigh Rides and Snow Shoeing and breathtaking views of the city and snow covered mountains. (All outdoor activities are weather dependant. If equipment is required, rental costs will apply).

THE PEAK OF CHRISTMAS: During the month of December through to Christmas Eve we also feature our Peak of Christmas activities, Theatre in the Sky playing Christmas movies, live entertainment, reindeer and Santa.

Our professional team here at Grouse Mountain takes great pleasure in assisting you in planning your perfect wedding. We strive to make each experience unique and memorable, while fitting within your budget, schedule and vision for your perfect day.

Here is a guide to the Grouse Mountain wedding coordination process.

To confirm your booking, we require a returned signed copy of the 45 days prior to your wedding day, we require the return of the signed confirmation letter, along with the non-refundable event deposit and event order, along with a second non refundable deposit, equal to 75% of damage deposit. the estimated event charges.
