Project Kickoff 2008 Earlier Public Hearing May 2010 Updating Analysis 2019 Stakeholder Meetings Winter 2019/2020 Public Hearing Spring 2020 Finalize PD&E Documents Summer 2020 PD&E Complete Fall 2020 Construction Estimate is $1.59 Billion as of April 2019.
