At 48 h posttrans- fection, EGFP-VP4 (green), F-actin (red), and microtubules (blue) were visualized. The EGFP-VP4 protein colocalized with the actin in large bodies (pseudocolored yellow), suggesting that EGFP-VP4 protein remodeled microfilaments. (See related article on page 3947.)
