 What are the hours of the amenities? Media : 8am-10pm Fitness Center : 24 hrs Pool : 8am to 10pm

 What amenity activities can I use at the community and how do I get the needed equipment? The media room has Wii and Playstation gaming systems. Remotes/Games can be obtained by stopping in the office. Equipment must be returned before the office closes.

 How do I reserve the clubroom? n/a

 How much does the laundry room washers & dryers cost? n/a

 Where do I get a laundry card? How much? n/a

 Where do I dispose of my trash? Our valet trash service will pick up your trash at your front every evening from Sunday through Thursday. The trash compactor is located at the back right of the community should you need it at other times.

 Where are the recycling centers? We pride ourselves on green initiatives to care for the environment. Gables at the Terrace has a recycling dumpster located to the left of the back exit at the community for disposal of newspapers, plastics and glass. Thank you for helping us take care of the earth. You may also place recycling items in a recycled plastic trash bag and place it outside of your door each evening. Our valet trash service will dispose of it in the dumpster for you.

a  What do I do with my move in boxes? It is helpful to everyone in the community if everyone breaks down all boxes and disposes of them in the recycling areas.

 How does my fob/remote work? It is a keychain remote. Press the grey button once you are near the and it will open. This also opens the media room during operating hours.

 Where are the mail boxes located? Right outside of the leasing office at the north gate to the community.

 Do you have resident activities or events? Gables at the Terrace has many fun events and activities that promote a sense of community and allow opportunity for you to meet other residents. Keep up to date on all of our community gatherings in our eblasts. You can expect to see events such as: breakfast on the go, themed parties based around the upcoming holiday, pizza party, and many more!

 Can I have a party at the pool? Unfortunately, we cannot allow residents to take over the pool for parties.

 Do I have to park on the I live on? n/a

 Where is the best place for me to park? Any open space on the community that is not a , or handicap space. All vehicles within the community need to have a parking sticker/hang tag.

Conveniences

 How do I pay rent online? We have made paying your rent easy by setting you up with your personal on line account to the Gables Gateway. You will go to www.gables.com and click on the Resident Login key in the upper right hand corner. Select the link to set up your Gables Gateway account. This is a great way to stay connected to your management team from anywhere in the world. Additional services available on Gables Gateway include placing a service request for repairs needed in your apartment .

 How do I use Gables Connect?a Changing your utilities to your new address can be time consuming and a challenge, so Visit www.gablesconnect.com or call 1-866-914-0631 to transfer or set up your utilities with ease. At Gables at the Terrace, you can establish your new utility service for electric, phone, cable, internet and secure renter’s insurance.

 Where can I access WI-FI in the ? The leasing office, fitness center, and pool are WI-FI accessible for your use and convenience. This amenity is complimentary and part of your community benefits.

 Where is the rent drop box?  When you need to pay your rent after office hours, you may drop it in the rent box located at the right side of the leasing office. The sidewalk on the right side of the building leads to the rent drop box.

 Do you have a courtesy officer onsite and how do I get a hold of them? We have a third party courtesy patrol company, Statewide Patrol that patrols the community between 10pm and 5am. You may contact them by calling 512.3442200. The courtesy office can assist with after-hours noise complaints. Should you ever witness any suspicious or criminal activity, you should always call 911 for local law enforcement support.

Guests

 Where can my guests park? With your visitor hang tag, your guest may park in any available space in the resident parking areas that is not reserved or handicap. If you do not have your visitor hang tag or have multiple guests, they may park outside our front or in the rear of the community in the area designated as “visitor parking” . As a reminder to tell your guests that handicap parking is patrolled by local law enforcement and is subject to maximum parking violation penalty and towing.

 Where do my movers park? In the interest of safety for proper clearance for other residents and emergency vehicles, your movers may park in any available space in the residential parking areas.

 How does my guest access the garage? n/a

 Where does the delivery person come in or do I have to meet them? They will come by your apartment first. If you are not home, they will drop your package at the office if it does not require a signature. They will leave a note on your door.

 How many guests can I have with me at the amenities? We love it when you share your community with your friends and family. Two guests are welcome to join you in all of the amenity areas.

 How many guests can I have with me at the pool? Our residents are permitted to have 2 guests per apartment at the pool.

 How do I let friends in the gate? If you have a 512 area code phone number, we can program it into our gate system. Your guest will look for your name on the screen at the front gate and and dial the code next to your name. The call box will call your phone. When you answer and confirm you want to let the person in, press 9 on your phone. The gate will open.

Maintenance

 How do I submit service requests? We want placing a service request for work needed in your apartment home easy. You may contact the leasing office via phone at 512.344.2200, via email at [email protected], in person, or through Gables Gateway to place your service request.

If you have not already signed up for Gables Gateway, you can go to www.gables.com and click on the Resident Login key in the upper right hand corner. Select the link to set up your Gables Gateway account. This is a great way to stay connected to your management team from anywhere in the world. Additional services available on Gables Gateway include paying your rent on line.

 What do I do if I have a Maintenance emergency after hours? For those times that you may have an emergency after office hours, you may contact the leasing office at 512.344.2200 for maintenance assistance. Please follow the prompts for an emergency maintenance and leave a message for our on call service technician. You should receive a call from the technician within the hour.

 What is considered a maintenancea emergency? Emergency maintenance problems that will be dispatched to the on call service technician include: 1. No electricity throughout the apartment.

2. No water.

3. No air conditioning on a day of extreme heat (80+ degrees).

4. Water entering the apartment.

5. Possibility of fire.

6. Impeded in an apartment with only one .

7. No heat.

8. Non-functioning or malfunctioning smoke detector.

9. Gas leak (also call the gas company).

10. Running water that cannot be shut off.

11. Malfunctioning door or locks.

Pets

 Do you have a dog park? No, we do not. However, our community backs up to the beautiful Barton Creek Greenbelt with lots of great trails.

 Where is the best place to walk my pet? On the trails behind the community or on the perimeter of the community.

 Do you have a dog wash area? No, we do not.

 Do you host Yappy hours? Not at this time.

a  Do I have to have my dog on a leash? For the safety of your dog and all residents in the community, all pets are required to be on a leash when in any common area. It’s the law and the best practice for your pet’s safety.
