Window and Door Styles • Ply Gem windows, Therma Tru service doors and Tucker Door front entry doors are vital elements to our homes. Every window has been chosen for durability and performance. Included features are transom windows in the Living Room, Dining Room and Master Bed. • Window options are available in the Den, Kitchen and Master Bedroom. Patio door options are available in the Master Bedroom. • 36” fiberglass, 3-panel, Craftsman-style, woodgrain entry doors (image to right) are used for the front door. These doors are painted a shade of brown. Options include 3-lite, 4-lite or 6-lite glass. • The front door includes a peep site.

DOORS AND WINDOWS

Interior Trim and Doors • Interior doors are hollow-core, Roman arch-style. Interior passage doors are 2’10” and meet accessibility requirements. Options are available for French Doors in the 4-Season’s Room, Sitting Room and Den. • All windows are fully cased and crown molding is included in the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen tray ceilings. Two-piece crown molding is included in the Foyer. Additional moldings can be added to any room. • Door hardware is a brushed nickel, lever-style handle by Schlage.
