Programme evaluation The study programme is evaluated annually by students using course evaluation studies and by the programme director. The evaluations are included in the university’s quality assurance system. Assessment methods The goal of student assessments is to stimulate and encourage professional, personal, and nursing development. Student assessments are an integrated part of the learning process and ensure close student monitoring through continual and regular feedback throughout the study period. The purpose is to give the student and the University information on student progress. Student assessment in bachelor studies is both summative and formative. Formative assessment, or evaluation, gives the student periodical feedback on the learning process. It gives information on personal progress, and builds a foundation for continual learning and development.
