Description of Business: All activities of the Insured (a) now, (b) in the past including their predecessors in business and prior activities which have ceased or have been disposed of to the extent the Insured retains a legal liability, (c) in the future, including (i) Principally education; training; teaching; research; testing and development; experimentation; consulting and other professional services; property owners and occupiers; hall and facility hire; sporting activities, adventure activities and sporting amenities; cultural activities; sleeping accommodation; student, staff and alumni supporting services; contracted teaching, coaching, mentoring and/or instruction services, dance training, creative arts training and workshop facilitation services, performing arts training, performing arts sets and sound design; and any other occupations incidental thereto, (ii) any activity where the Insured is deemed to have been the manufacturer of any Product. (iii) any other occupation incidental thereto, including the private work of every partner, officer, director, commissioner or employee (iv) the provision of canteen, social and sporting clubs, child care facilities, welfare organisations, first aid, fire fighting and ambulance services (v) any work performed by or on behalf of the Insured

Indemnity: To pay to or on behalf of the Insured all amounts which the Insured shall become obligated to pay by reason of liability imposed upon the Insured by law or assumed by the Insured under an Insured Contract in respect of: - Personal Injury, and/or - Property Damage; and/or - Advertising Liability; first happening during the Period of Insurance within the Geographical Limits and caused by or arising out of an Occurrence in connection with the Business.

Limits of Liability: Public Liability $ 50,000,000 In respect of any one claim or series of claims arising out of any one Occurrence

Advertising Liability $ 50,000,000 In respect of any one claim or series of claims arising out of any one Occurrence

Should more than one Limit of Liability be applicable to any one Occurrence in respect of Public Liability or Advertising Liability, such Limits of Liability shall not be aggregated – the highest single Limit of Liability only shall apply.

Products Liability $ 50,000,000 In respect of any one claim or series of claims arising out of any one Occurrence and in the aggregate during any one Period of Insurance

Sexual Molestation Liability Any one claim or series of claims made and reported during the $ 10,000,000 Period of Insurance

Property in Physical or Legal Control of Insured $ 1,000,000 In respect of any one claim or series of claims arising out of any one Occurrence

Deductible: The Insured shall bear the first $10,000 of each claim or series of claims arising out of any one Occurrence (inclusive of Defence Costs and Supplementary Payments):

$2,500 All claims other than $1,000 Personal Liability and Property Damage arising from activities of coaches and contractors of RMIT Link $15,000 Personal Injury to Contractors, Subcontractors, Labour Hire Personnel or Workers Compensation recovery claims $25,000 any one claim and $125,000 in the aggregate for all claims made against the Insured arising out of one perpetrator in respect of Sexual Molestation
