Card Instruction

Valid Time

The card is valid since receiving, valid date is from issued date to Dec., 31st. 2017. If the cardholder’s passport is expired or terminated, the card will be invalid.

Modification

If any of cardholder’s passport number, ARC number, contact phone number, or address changed, please contact ITSC to keep the privilege.

Lost or Damage

If the card is damaged and not available to use, please send back the card with registration to ITSC and we will send a new card. If the card is lost, please contact ITSC for lost and resending.

Privacy Policy

 According to “Personal Information Protection Act”, InvesTaiwan Service Center based on the purpose of “Customer management and service”, “Information and database management”,“Investigation statistics and analysis”, and “Providing specific privilege service” etc., ITSC collects and processes applicant’s (i.e. cardholder’s) personal information on the application form.  Category: Name, birth of date, passport number, Email, nationality, work experience etc.  Term: As card valid time  Target: ITSC and service providers  Area: ITSC and area of service providers  Method: Internet, Email, paper-based, and Fax  The applicant (i.e. cardholder) may request for review and modification of the personal information and may contact ITSC in business hours: Mon.- Fri. 9 a.m.-6 p.m., by number: 02-23112070, 02-23112170. Except by regulation, the applicant may ask to stop collecting, processing, using, or deleting the personal information but will affect applicant’s right.

Speedy Immigration Clearance

•Platinum International Talent Cardholders are eligible to use the Speedy Immigration Counter designated by the National Immigration Agency at international airports and seaports for the purpose of clearing immigration, along with spouses and/or lineal relatives traveling with them. •Cardholders have to show the card or may not have this service when pass the custom.
