Exporters' attention is drawn to the fact that as a result of the negotiations in progress between the European Union and the three Baltic States,

— the arrangements for the importation into Estonia of certain products in the beef and veal, milk and milk products, fruit and vegetables and cereals sectors,

— the arrangements for the importation into Latvia and Lithuania of certain products in the beef and veal, milk and milk products and cereals sectors,

will be considerably changed.

When the agreements enter into force some products in the above sectors will be able to be released for consumption in those countries only if they have not received export refunds.
