The pool terrace overlooks the water and is surrounded by pretty natural gardens. There is a large covered stone BBQ and picnic table on the pool terrace. The villa is built in a U shape with central living area and terraces facing the pool and the sea. Villa is located in one of the largest wine growing areas of Croatia – the Pelješac peninsula. Just north of Dubrovnik, Pelješac is the Napa Valley of Croatia, distinguished by its quality wines, local fresh oysters and mussels, historical architecture and beautiful landscape.

Villa Orebic Residence is completely air conditioned and equipped with LCD SAT-TV’s, DVD players, Internet access and computer. Villa can accommodate up to 16 guests into 8 bedrooms. The central part of Villa Orebic Residence consists of a spacious dining and living area , fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, fridge with icemaker, freezer, kettle, cafe machine, juice maker, blander, 2 grills) and terraces with outdoor dining and lounge furniture. Each terrace has a wonderful sea view. In the central part there are additional two guest toilettes.
