Our day delegate packages are a great way to book your meeting or conference with us. You know right from the start what’s included and how much it will cost. We can even tailor the package or add on extras to fit your budget.

All of our day delegate packages include: • Hire of your main conference suite • Professional event management on hand throughout your event • Event staffing from 8.00am to 5.00pm to look after you and your delegates and invited guests • Minimum number of 16 delegates required

A question often asked of us as event organisers is how to strike a balance between the quantity and quality of food offered to delegates. A packed schedule of PowerPoint presentations and lectures requires energy, as even the most dedicated delegate is susceptible to the afternoon slump!

Our conference menus are all freshly prepared using as many locally sourced ingredients as possible. They are also flexible, meaning you can create a menu to suit your event; whether that means you need something quick and easy as you’re short on time for lunch, or you’re looking to impress delegates and guests with a real feast, our menus can accommodate for whatever your needs may be.

Ripon is most easily accessed by the A1(M). If approaching from the North leave the A1 where it is joined by the A61 which becomes the Ripon bypass. If approaching from the South leave the A1 at the turning to Ripon (junction 48), which is just after the Harrogate exit, then follow the brown signs for Ripon Cathedral.
