As the area began to develop and grow, coal mining became an essential chapter in Kentucky, and still is. The last 4 months of 2016 will be even busier Another Ceremonial, Family Picnic, Car and Bike, and more along with Halloween Festivities, followed by more Holiday Festivities. The Motorcycle Raffle will be at its peak demand needing nobles to sell and purchase tickets prior to the final drawing at the yearend Christmas Party. A Bengal Bash and a Dance of some type are being discussed. Please pay Special Attention to the Paper Crusade this year. Tony Bowling has stepped up to make it happen. Let’s get it back where it used to be. Thank you Tony!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have a great year going so far in 2016.
