TOURISTIC ZONE D PERMIT € (Buyable from opening) 25,00 ZONE “A” PERMIT € Seasonal members (Buyable from € 80,00 20,00 opening) Carnet for 10 or more Not seasonal members € people (Buyable from opening) 35,00 (UPS office) € 250,00 GENERAL RULES FOR NORMAL AND SPECIAL SALMONID WATERS Art. 2 - FISHING DAYS Fishing is allowed on Mondays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays and on recognized national holidays, as well as on Tuesdays in the tourist zones, Livigno Lake and the Val di Lei Lake. Art. 3 - FISHING SEASON Fishing is allowed from the third Sunday in March starting at 6 a.m. Afterwards it is allowed from one hour before sunrise to one hour after sunset.The fishing season ends on the third Sunday in October. Grayling fishing is permitted from the second Sunday in May to the third Sunday in October; during this period, camolera fishing is permitted on the Adda and Mera rivers up to the limit of the first bridge or bridle of their tributaries. This technique is not allowed in the Adda stretch from the Baghetto bridge to the Boffetto bridge. Fishing in the alpine lakes, artificial basin and their tributaries is allowed from 7th June to the third Sunday of October, except for the lake of Livigno and Val di Lei Lake where fishing is allowed from 1st May. During the closure it is forbidden to enter the water with any fishing equipment. Any extension of the fishing period will be regulated by a special UPS decree. Art. 4 - DEADLINE FOR RETURN (MANDATORY) OF THE BOOKLET MARKS FISH The return of the booklet duly filled in according to the instructions contained in it must take place by and no later than the deadline of 15/03/2020 Failure to return it by that date or its incomplete or irregular compilation will result in the automatic application of the sanction of € 51.33 provided for by art. 147 c. 1 lett. "I" of L.R. 5 December 2008 n. 31 and subsequent amendments. Art. 5 - DAILY CATCHES REGISTRATION MODE The daily catch limit is set at 5 fish of which no more than 2 graylings. The maximum number of graylings which may be retained during the season is 15. For each catch, you must immediately make a registration on the appropriate card to mark fish, or "Special Zones" / "Tourist" card, or "Daily" permit following the rules indicated in the permits with indelible pen. It is mandatory to stop fishing when the maximum number of fish or 5 kg of fish (including fish species covered by the Regional Regulations) is reached. On the Mera River, subject to the daily limit of 5 catches, a maximum of two brown trout may be retained. Art. 6 - MINIMUM MEASURES The minimum measures are the follows: a. Brown trout in the river Adda downstream of the No Kill area of Val Pola up to the border with the provinces of Lecco and Como including the tributaries up to the first bridge or bridle cm. 30; b. Brown trout in the river Mera from the State border to Lake Novate Mezzola including its tributaries up to the first bridge or bridle cm 30 (max. 2 per day); c. Brown trout in streams, tranches, alpine lakes and other parts of the river Adda 25 cm; d. Rainbow trout 25 cm; e. Marbled trout and their hybrids: it is forbidden to keep them in all waters under concession; f. Grayling 40 cm; g. Grayling in the basins of Isola and Montespluga cm 37; h. Char cm 22. Art. 7 - FISHING SYSTEMS: BAIT AND GEAR ALLOWED The tecnique and tools allowed are exclusively: - Single rod with or without reel; - Single barbless hook with natural bait; - Fly system with a floating end with a maximum of three flies; - Fly fishing or tenkara or 'valsesiana' with a maximum of three flies (with the exception of the zone "A" of PIATEDA); - Spinning with the use of spoons, minnows and siliconic baits; - 'Camolera' tecnique with a maximum of three artificial baits (forbidden in the grayling protection zone from the the Baghetto Bridge to the Boffetto bridge); - All hooks must be without barb except for fishing with camolera system. Art. 8 - PROHIBITIONS It is strictly forbidden: - fishing in fish passageways, bridges, dams and fenced areas; - leaving fishing gear in active phase unattended; - to fish in place of other fishermen; - the use of the fishfinder; - the use of the netexcept as an auxiliary means for the recovery of fish already hooked; - the use of any type of float other than specific bite indicators in fly fishing; - ballasting the end of fly fishing line; - replace fish kept alive by fish caught later; - any form of pasturage; - the use and keeping of fish eggs and flesh-meat fly larvae; - fishing with live or dead natural fish with the exception of Alpine lakes where 'bamalo' (specific local fish) is present; - the use of any type of 'pasta'(specific artificial bait); - to give or receive hooked or caught fish from third parties at the place of fishing; - any kind of boat fishing and its use to reach otherwise inaccessible places; - underwater fishing; - tear-away fishing; - fishing through openings in ice; - keeping grayling or trout in areas where catching of these species is prohibited; - keeping live fish caught during the previous days at the place of fishing; - to carry out fishing competitions without authorisation from the Sport Fishing Union or in violation of the specific competition regulation. The introduction of fish without a Sport Fishing Union authorisation is also prohibited. During fishing competitions, participants are allowed to use hooks with barb. From the end of any fishing competition, for a period of one hour, it is always forbidden to fish in the stretch of the competition field. It is mandatory for the organizing company of the event to remove, at the end of the competition, the signs used during the competition and other materials of any kind. In addition: - during the grayling breeding period, it is forbidden to fish a fish in a clear state of reproduction and it is forbidden to enter the water in the areas affected by visible reproduction; - in the case of release of fish, it is compulsory, where the state of the place permits, to release the fish without removing them from the water, after having wetted the hands properly so as not to cause excessive damage to them. If the fish cannot be released without damage, the end of the line shall be cut off. In order to carry out the operations of releasing the fish, it is permitted to enter the water in the immediate vicinity of the shore. Art. 9 - ABSOLUTE PROTECTION ZONES It is forbidden to fish in any form in the following areas (signed with red signs and listed below): - Frodolfo creek upstream of the S. Caterina bridge and all waters included in the Stelvio National Park, except those included for the first time with the D.P.R. 23 April 1977; - Foscagno creek: from via Producena to the confluence of the Viola creek; - Cadangola creek: from via Producena up to 500 metres above the confluence of the Viola creek; - Roasco creek: from the A2A central outlet to the F. Adda confluence; - Trench of Bolladore, trench of Pradella (Sondalo), trench ok Turchi (Le Prese); - River Adda: downstream of the Sernio dam as far as the footbridge. - Belviso stream: from Baregazze bend to Frera dam; - Aprica creek: from Madonnina to the bridge "contrada Liscidini"; - Valfontana creek: from the bridle locality Giassosa to Piana dei Cavalli; - Creek Valfontana: from the bridle locality Fobbia upstream to the bridle locality Bragnosa; - River Adda: from the mouth of the Valfontana stream to the Baghetto weir; - Boffetto Canal (Enel di Piateda central outlet as far as the confluence in Adda); - Mallero creek: upstream and downstream of the structure for the ascent of fish (marked area); - River Adda: upstream and downstream of the fish ladder upstream and downstream of the fish ladder on the Ardenno dell'Enel crossing; - Masino stream: from the Ardenno state bridge to the Adda river; - Bitto creek: upstream of the Promor bridge to the San Giovanni bridge; - Cosio creek: from the bridge on the SS 38 road downstream to the bridge on the provincial road to Traona; - Former ENEL canal on the orographic left bank located in the area of zone A of Traona; - Mera river at the mouth of Lake Novate Mezzola, coinciding with the Pian di Spagna Nature Reserve and Lake Mezzola; - Boggia stream downstream of the Gordona hydroelectric power station discharge puddle to the current no-kill border on the Mera river; - Torrente Mengasca upstream of the outlet of the Casletto power station to the first bridle; - Torrente Acqua Fraggia: from the bridge over the Maloia state road No 37 downstream to the mouth of the river Mera; - Meretta n.
