Pembrokeshire-wide assistance Hafal Crossroads provides practical support, information and assistance to unpaid Carers of all ages and the people they care for. The core service is the provision of respite care at home, to give Carers a break and provide the people they care for with a change of company. Carers Information Service (PCIS) has extended their telephone support service, with some service also at weekends, and helps with signposting to the service you require. Open 9am-8pm Monday to Friday, 10am-1pm Saturday & Sunday. Tel: 01437 611002 or email [email protected] The Pembrokeshire Community Coordination Hub, run by PCC, PAVS and Delta Wellbeing staff, acts as a central point to signpost callers who have no other support to local community groups or provide help to find shops or services with home delivery options support, information and practical help. The Hub team also liaises with those classified as extremely vulnerable residents and shielding at home If you have been sent a letter by Wales’ Chief Medical Officer asking you to follow shielding measures and have no means of getting food – remember the food box scheme.
