Based on Art. 14 sec. 1 point 4 of the Act of 20 July 2017 - Water Law (Dz.U./Journal of Laws/ of 2021, item 624) and Art. 43 sec. 6 of the Act of 21 December 2000 on inland navigation (Dz.U./Journal of Laws/ of 2019, item 1568, 1901, 2170, of 2020 item 284.)

"Polish Waters" National Water Holding Regional Water Management Board in Bydgoszcz informs that in accordance with the permit issued by the Director of the Office of Inland Navigation in Bydgoszcz dated 30 June 2021, mark By.426.25.2021, an on-water event will be held under the name: "ENEA Polish Junior Rowing Championships".

The rowing regatta will be held on: • 16 July 2021, from 01:00 p.m. to 08:00 p.m, • 17 July 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 06:30 p.m., • 18 July 2021, from 10:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.

on Lake Gopło at 54+500 to 57+200 km, which is a section of the inland waterway at the water connection Warta - Bydgoszcz Canal.

During the regatta the navigational regulations for inland waterways will be observed. For the duration of the individual races, the organiser will put up a floating or shore-based navigation mark A.1, approximately 100 m from the start and finish of the race course. During the breaks between the races the organiser will allow waiting vessels to pass, without the ability to enter the race course.
