85g plain flour Sieve flour into a bowl; then rub in the chilled butter until the mixture 55g butter chilled resembles breadcrumbs. Add oat flakes and half the sugar, arrange half 110g sugar of the prepared fruit in an oven proof dish, sprinkle with remaining 55g oat flakes sugar, and top with remaining fruit. Spoon the crumble mixture over 450g rhubarb trimmed and cut the fruit, and cook until fruit is soft and topping is golden.
