MARCH 3, 2015 MONMOUTH REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL BOARD OF EDUCATION ONE NORMAN J FIELD WAY TINTON FALLS, NEW JERSEY 07724-3299 PUBLIC MEETING March 3, 2015 7:30 PM- moved to 3 PM due to weather STATEMENT TO BE READ BY PRESIDING OFFICER: Statement is hereby made that adequate notice of this meeting has been properly provided by the giving of a meeting notice, by mailing same to the Hub Newspaper, and Asbury Park Press on Monday, March 2, 2015, filing same on Monday, March 2, 2015, with the clerk of the Borough of Tinton Falls, Borough of Eatontown and the Township of Shrewsbury, and by prominently posting said notice on the Monmouth Regional High School Internet Web page and the main doors into the High School building in the Administration wing on Monday, March 2, 2015. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Mr. Cohen, President, at 3:10 PM in the Schleig Conference Room of Monmouth Regional High School. Disposal of Obsolete Equipment: Recommend the Board approve the disposal of a Pitney Bowes Folding Machine, Fixed Asset Number #7930 as it is unrepairable and obsolete. C. Bus Jointure Tinton Falls School District: Recommend the Board approve a jointure with the Tinton Falls School District (Monmouth Regional is the Host- Tinton Falls is the joiner) to transport one student from the Pan American to the Atchison school on February 26, March 2, March 3, March 4, March 5 (one way) at a cost to Tinton Falls of $21/day. D.
