    Angeln rund um Dassow Der Landesanglerverband Mecklenburg-Vorpommern e.V. gibt für Gastangler, die im Besitz eines amtli- chen Fischereischeines (auch zeitlich befristeter Fischereischein!) sind, Gastangelberechtigungen aus. Mit dieser Berechtigung ist dann das Angeln in Pacht und Eigentumsgewässern des Landesanglerver- bandes MV e.V. (laut Ge-wässerverzeichnis) gestattet. Gastanglern ist es jedoch nicht gestattet, auf Gewässern der Berufsfischerei Mecklenburg-Vorpommerns (im Gewässerverzeichnis mit BF markiert) zu angeln. Diese Berufsfischereigewässer dürfen nur von Mitgliedern des LAV MV e.V., die im Besitz einer Jahres- angelberechtigung sind, beangelt werden. Die Rechte und Pflichten laut Gesetzen und Verordnungen des Landes Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (Fi- schereigesetz, Binnenfischereiverordnung, Gewässerordnung, lokale Bestimmungen) sind bei der Aus- übung des Angelns einzuhalten. Diese rechtlichen Grundlagen sowie das Gewässerverzeichnis, sind auf unserer Webseite nachzulesen. Das Gewässerverzeichnis kann aber auch als Broschüre in unserer Geschäftstelle erworben werden. M-V S. 42), zuletzt geändert durch Art. 6 des Gesetzes vom 05.07.2018 (GVOBl. M-V S. 221, 229) in Verbindung mit § 13 des Sicherheits- und Ordnungsgesetzes M-V (SOG M-V) in der Fassung der Bekanntmachung vom 09.05.2011 (GVOBl. Die Straße erhält den Straßennamen: „Willsincken-Koppel“. 3. Der Name tritt am 01.11.2020 in Kraft. 4. Für die Allgemeinverfügung wird die sofortige Vollziehung angeordnet. Begründung: Die Stadt Dassow ist mit dem Beschluss vom 16.06.2020 Ihrem Recht nachgekommen, Straßen Namen geben zu dürfen, siehe § 51 Absatz 1 Straßen- und Wegegesetz MV. „(1) Die Gemeinden können den Straßen Namen geben und Namensschilder anbringen. Sie sollen dafür Sorge tragen, dass Hausnummern angebracht werden.“ Rechtsbehelfsbelehrung: Gegen diese Verfügung kann innerhalb eines Monats nach Bekanntgabe Widerspruch eingelegt werden. Der Widerspruch ist schriftlich oder zur Niederschrift beim Amtsvorsteher des Amtes Schönberger Land, Am Markt 15, 23923 Schönberg einzulegen. Ein Widerspruch gegen diese Allgemeinverfügung hat wegen der Anordnung der sofortigen Vollziehung keine aufschiebende Wirkung.

(Tel: 038826 86123) Vorwort Vorwort der Redaktion zur siebten Ausgabe der Dassower Heft Liebe Leser! Da meint man, man hat ein gutes Konzept gefunden, und dann kommt es doch anders. Leider haben wir es nicht geschafft da Heft Nr. 7 rechtzeitig zu Weihnachten 2003 fertig zu bekommen. Irgendwie sollte es nicht sein. Zum einen gab es immer wie- der Gründe, die Arbeit am Heft zürückzustellen und zum anderen waren zum Stichtag einfach noch nicht genügend Beiträge zusammengekommen. Doch nun ist es endlich soweit und es gibt wieder viel Interessantes zu lesen. An dieser Stelle noch einmal Dank für die Beiträge. Wir freuen uns schon auf die Zusendungen für´s nächste Heft. In Heft 8 werden wir berichten, wer früher in der heutigen Friedensstraße wohnte und wie viele Geschäfte es hier damals gab. Poiger This dissertation analyzes the impact of German anthropology and natural history on colonialism and nationalism in Germany, Spain, the Philippines, and the United States during the second half of the nineteenth-century. In their scientific tracts, German authors rehearsed the construction of racial categories among colonized peoples in the years prior to the acquisition of formal colonies in Imperial Germany and portrayed their writings about Filipinos as superior to all that had been previously produced. Spanish writers subsequently translated several German studies to promote continued economic exploitation of the Philippines and uphold notions of Spaniards’ racial supremacy over Filipinos. However, Filipino authors also employed the translations, first to demand colonial reform and to examine civilizations in the Philippines before and after the arrival of the Spanish, and later to formulate nationalist arguments. By the 1880s, the writings of Filipino intellectuals found an audience in newly established German scientific associations, such as the German Society for Anthropology, Ethnology, and Prehistory, and German-language periodicals dealing with anthropology, ethnology, geography, and folklore.
