To Readers of the Attached Code-Share List
TO READERS OF THE ATTACHED CODE-SHARE LIST: The U.S. Air Carrier Licensing Division’s code-share list is an informal compilation of code-share relationships between U.S. and foreign air carriers involving the transportation of passengers. As such, it does not represent a complete compilation of all code shares e.g. cargo and mail only. New code-share relationships are continually being negotiated, and the ones reflected in the attached listing may or may not be still in place or be of a continuing nature. Similarly, the list may not reflect all existing code shares of a particular type, or all existing types of code shares. This list is not an official document of the Department of Transportation and, accordingly, should not be relied upon or cited as such. NOTE: THIS LIST IS COMPRISED OF ONLY THOSE CARRIERS WHOSE CODE-SHARE RELATIONSHIPS ARE OF A NEW OR CONTINUING BASIS. DORMANT CODE-SHARE RELATIONSHIPS TO THE EXTENT KNOWN HAVE BEEN DELETED. Block descriptions of certain code-share arrangements approved for the same term may have been compressed into one block description to conserve space. If the authorities are not new or changed, but only compressed, the compressed descriptions will not appear in bold type. Carriers must notify the Department no later than 30-day before they begin any new code-share service under the code-share services authorized. This report is current through July 31, 2021. Changes from the previous reports are noted in bold type. Regional carriers operating for large carriers (e.g. Delta Connection, American Eagle, United Express) will be listed in the endnotes of this report. -

INTRODUCTION The current document defines the LATAM booking procedures and policies which applies to LATAM Airlines Group companies (henceforth, LATAM). For the purposes of this document, LATAM Airlines Group refers to LAN Airlines S.A and its affiliated carriers, in other words, LATAM Colombia S.A. (“LA”), LATAM Peru S.A. (“LA”), LATAM AIRLINES Ecuador (“LA”), LATAM Argentina S.A. (“LA”), and LATAM Brasil (“LA”). These policies and procedures allow optimum handling of the seat inventory on LATAM flights. This enables LATAM to put the right number of seats available for sale, minimising the unproductive spaces on the inventory which, in addition, generate a distribution and/or travel cost for LATAM. This guide is intended to help travel agents to avoid errors which could possibly generate fines, ADMs or other measures. The policies and procedures set out herein take into account and are based on the resolutions laid down by IATA; travel agent obligations are described in the IATA resolutions 824, 830a, 850m and 049x which are attached at the end of this document. -

Atmosfair Airline Index 2018
atmosfair Airline Index 2018 Copyright © atmosfair, Berlin 2011 How is the Airline Index used? 1. Avoidance • Even efficient flights can quickly exceed a single person’s annual climate CO2 budget (see graphic). • Are there alternatives available like the train? • Have I chosen the direct flight? (Rule of thumb: a direct flight in Efficiency Class E is better for the climate than a transfer flight in Class C). 2. Optimization • The airline index shows you the efficiency points of an airline for short, medium and long distance flights. First, ascertain your flight distance and then, in the appropriate distance class, the most efficient airline. • The airline with the most efficiency points will generally also be the most efficient on your flight from point A to point B. Since deviations are possible, atmosfair offers companies that flight a lot a detailed ranking of airlines on specific city pairs, which are important for the company 3. Compensation • atmosfair can offset the CO2 emissions that you generate with your flight by building up and expan- ding the generation of renewable energies in the global south.
