A. FORM OF QUOTE CONTRACT FOR: - Town Centre Public Wi-Fi Scheme

1. I/We the undersigned hereby quote for the above contract in accordance with the Services Conditions of Contract and Specification at the fixed price quoted in my/our tender response.

2. I/We agree that this quote together with your written acceptance thereof shall constitute a binding contract between us and District Council in relation to the whole or such part of the quote as may be specified in your written acceptance.

3. I/We have read, accept and agree to abide by the attached Conditions of Contract which take precedence over any terms, conditions, stipulations or provisos which may appear on or be annexed to any correspondence submitted by me/us in connection with this Contract.

4. I/We understand that Ryedale District Council, does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quote submitted in response to this enquiry and may accept the whole or part of any quote.

5. I/We understand Ryedale District Council reserves the right to discontinue the award procedure in the event of irregular quotes or in the absence of appropriate quotes and in such circumstances may use the negotiated procedure without a further call for competition.

6. I/We confirm that the costs included for the cost of provision, one year’s management fees and annual maintenance represents all the costs attached to provision, and that no further additional costs are attached to this quote.
