Many schools and parents feel comfortable approving our trips because our deposit and group cancellation policy significantly reduces financial risk associated with approving school trips. We are very flexible with deposit dates, and we’re committed to having the best cancellation policy in the business. As your contract explains (please refer to your invoice for this), the following will apply in the event that your group cancels the trip:

Number of Days Prior to Departure Refund At least 60 days 100% refund* (minus non-refundable deposit) 59 to 40 days 75% refund* (minus non-refundable deposit) 39 to 15 days 50% refund* (minus non-refundable deposit) Less than 15 days No refund

*Please note that unrecoverable payments made to suppliers may be added to cancellation fees in the case of group cancellation. This includes payment processing fees for online payments.

Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration and all efforts will be made to reschedule your trip (if desired) and to minimize your costs in case you cancel your group's trip.

Please keep in mind that this policy covers trip cancellation by the entire group. Individuals may purchase cancellation insurance to cover their individual trip payment. Jumpstreet also offers a Refund Guarantee Protection (RGP) that provides a full refund if an individual cancels for any reason. This cancellation plan is sold to students individually and only at the time of initial deposit.

I hope that this helps your school to make a decision to plan a trip.

Sincerely,
