La famille Aneto est destinée à motoriser les hélicoptères super-medium et lourds. Elle couvre une gamme de puissance allant de 2500 à 3000 shp. L’Aneto-1K est le premier modèle du genre, et sa puissance est de 2500 shp. L’AW189K a réalisé son premier vol en mars 2017. « Cette certification est une étape très importante pour le programme Aneto, la meilleure solution de propulsion sur le marché des hélicoptères super-medium et lourds. Elle confirme le haut niveau de performance démontré par le moteur durant son développement.
