General Welcome to Mountain View Country Club! Our is open for play and we are operatng in compliance with Vermont’s “Be Smart/Stay Safe” Executive Order and related guidancel Many of the procedures described below are new to usl We greatly appreciate your patence and good will as we do our best to make them work for youl As goivernmental guidance and best practces eivolive, we will modify these procedures and post the reivisions on our website (wwwlmivccivtlcom), as well as on our bulletn boardl No writen procedures can possibly address the full range of circumstances that may arise in the daily operaton of a golf, and social clubl We all must therefore follow a golden rule: When in doubt, take the safer course of actonn Pro Shop Manager Brian Titus, or the staf member then on duty, acts as our “designated health and safety officer”, with authority to stop or modify activites to ensure compliance with health and safety rulesl No member, guest or board member has the authority to oiverrule the judgment of our health and safety officerl Individuals who do not abide by these Regulatons will be asked to leave the Club premises immediately. Preparing for your Arrival at MVCC

 First and foremost, if you feel sick or haive someone at home who is sick, please stay homel Also, please consider that as of the date below, the State of Vermont is adivisingadults 65 and older and those with underlying medical conditons to contnue to limit their interactons with others to aivoid serious illnessl  Golf tmes must be reserived (and, where applicable, paid for) in adivance either, for members, on- line ivia our ClubExpress reserivaton system (click here) or, otherwise, by calling the Pro Shop (533- 7477), in each case up to three days in adivance, and proividing your credit card informatonl Golfers arriiving without a tee tme reserivaton will not be permited to playl Detailed instructons on the use of ClubExpress and our on-line payment system are aivailable on our websitel  The Driiving Range is open to no more than three patrons at any one tme and requires prior reserivaton, by calling the Pro Shop (533-7477) and proividing your credit card informatonl  Each golfer must proivide their contact details and certfy that they are a person who has met, or is not subject to, Vermont’s minimum 14-day quarantne requirements related to COVID-19l  Each golfer must bring their own equipment (clubs, trolley) to MVCC and not permit any other person to touch that equipmentl MVCC is not ofering golf clubs or pull trolleys for rent at this tmel  Golf , , gloives and a limited range of hats, apparel and other items are aivailable by calling the Pro Shop in adivance and proividing credit card informaton or through our Pro Shop on-line store (Click Here)l Your purchases will be ready for you outside the Pro Shop when you arriive at the Clubl  No bathroom facilites are aivailable at MVCC at this tmel Please consider this before you leaive homel  Wheneiver you plan on ivisitng Mountain View, please ensure you haive a facial mask or cloth face coivering with you and readily aivailable for usel

Version 1l5, July 27, 2020 (changes marked in red) 1 Upon your Arrival at MVCC  Please arriive no more than 15 minutes before your tee tme and remain in your car untl ten (10) minutes before your tee tmel  The driiveway up to the Clubhouse and Kid’s Club is closed untl further notcel  Please practce appropriate social distancing at all tmes, including maintaining a distance of at least six feet between yourself and others, and refraining from extended socializing or tailgatng before or afer your roundl  Please wear a cloth face coivering any tme you come in contact with others from outside your household and where it’s not possible to maintain a physical distance of at least six feetl In partcular, face coiverings must be worn any tme you are on the Clubhouse porch or otherwise are interactng with our employeesl  Vermont has adopted exceptons to the face coivering requirement, including for children under the age of 2 and for persons engaged in “strenuous exercise or physical activity”l Please use common sense and caring discreton in employing these exceptons around othersl  The practce putng green is open to no more than four people from the “on-deck” golf group at one tmel Please practce appropriate social distancing while on the practce putng greenl  Only one golf group is permited on the frst tee at any one tmel  Flagstcks must not be touched and must remain in the holel We haive installed an “EZ-Lyf” touchless golf retrieival deivice on each fagstck that is operated by lifing the handle with any club, causing your golf ball to roll freel  Please practce appropriate social distancing when playing through slower groupsl  Please carry your trash and recyclables home with you afer completng playl Motorized Golf Carts  Motorized Golf carts must be reserived (and, where applicable, paid for) by calling the Pro Shop (533- 7477) and proividing your credit card informatonl  Only one golfer may ride in or use a , except that two persons from the same household may share a cartl  Each golf cart will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before it is sent back out for reusel Afer your round, please return your cart to the parking area behind the Clubhouse, leaive the key in the igniton but remoive all your trash and personal belongings and take them with youl Pro Shop/Clubhouse  The Clubhouse, including the pro shop, club room and bathrooms, is closed to all persons other than authorized MVCC staf untl further notcel  Our Staf has been instructed to follow appropriate social distancing and hygiene procedures including wearing cloth face coiverings oiver their nose and mouth when in the presence of othersl Please treat them with the utmost courtesy and cooperatonl Thaok you for your cootouuog nupport of Mouotauo Vuew!
