WOODSIDE PROCEDURE Covid 19 UPDATED APRIL 2021 We take the government guidelines very seriously and want to provide our customers with a safe environment wherever possible during this time. A member of staff would normally go through a health and safety check before play. At the present time this is not possible due to social distancing and congregating outside. Therefore, we have put together the following procedures which MUST be adhered to. We all have our part to play in keeping safe and for the safety of others. • Up to SIX people only per group-The rule of 6 applies and social distancing must take place at all times, unless from the same household. Merging with other groups is strictly prohibited • Same HOUSEHOLD/BUBBLES families can play as a group • You MUST book your time before arrival at Woodside • All footballs are disinfected before play • On completion of your game please return the to the sanitizer bin by the clubhouse reception • ITEM 5 BELOW MUST BE EXPLAINED TO CHILDREN AND ALL PARTICIPANTS BEFORE PLAY • One ball each is provided, that same person must keep that same ball throughout play. • There shall be no congregating in groups of more than six (socially distant) on the car park or any other area. Food & Drink are available in our outside garden area. Table service only • DO NOT TOUCH OR REMOVE THE FOOTGOLF FLAGS

On Arrival: a. Report to reception. CC/DEBIT CARDS ONLY no more than two people in reception at any one time. There is a hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall on the right of the clubhouse, please use before entry. FACE COVERINGS MUST BE WORN if exempt please wear a Lingard then our staff will know and we do not have to ask. b. If a family group/group of 4/6 are playing, please ensure you all stay in the car until 5 minutes before your footgolf time, then proceed to the first tee. c. When you have finished playing footgolf please return the ball to the ball bin outside reception. d. DO NOT clean shoes in the car park – please carry this out at home

FOOTGOLF – HEALTH & SAFETY 1. No boots permitted (trainers only) 2. must not be retrieved from the ponds 3. Football is not permitted in the car park or any other area other than the footgolf course 4. Balls included (only balls belonging to Woodside can be used) 5. The premises has a working therefore, if you hear the word “FORE” or any other kind of shouting, this is a warning that a golf ball may be heading in your direction, PUT YOUR ARMS OVER YOUR HEAD & FACE AND GO TO THE GROUND. This MUST be explained to all children & participants BEFORE play. (this is an extremely rare occurrence but accidents do happen) 6. Make your way to the footgolf course in an orderly fashion, walking only, balls must be carried to the course, there maybe people in the vicinity and no contact should be made. Keeping socially distant (2metres) at all times NO BOUNCING, KICKING or any kind of playing before you get to the footgolf course. 7. Please take notice of all other health & safety signage on the course 8. Adults to make children aware of all safety rules

THE ABOVE INFORMATION IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS IF THESE PROCEDURES ARE NOT ADHERED TO YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES

Important Information: It is the full responsibility of parents/guardians to supervise children at all times. It is not possible for our staff to supervise children. Children are not to be left unaccompanied on the premises at any time As a guideline we recommend 1 parent/guardian per group of 4 children to be adequate supervision.
