    Upper CenomanianLower Turonian ammonoids from the Saxonian Cretaceous (lower Elbtal Group, Saxony, Germany) MARKUS WILMSEN & EMAD NAGM The Upper Cenomanian to Lower Turonian ammonoid fauna of the Saxonian Cretaceous (Elbtal Group, Saxony, Ger- many) has been revised based on the study of 270 specimens hosted in the Museum für Mineralogie und Geologie (MMG) of the Senckenberg Naturhistorische Sammlungen Dresden. In total, 12 species have been identified and, based on this revision, a number of ammonoids are now reported and/or illustrated for the first time from the Elbtal Group of Saxony: Euomphaloceras septemseriatum, Neocardioceras juddii barroisi, Watinoceras coloradoense, Spathites (Jeanrogericeras) reveliereanus, Sciponoceras gracile and Scaphites equalis. The study demonstrated the presence of all Upper Cenomanian and Lower Turonian standard ammonite biozones in the lithostratigraphic succession of the lower Elbtal Group: the lower Upper Cenomanian Calycoceras naviculare Zone (represented by the Oberhäslich For- mation), the mid- and upper Upper Cenomanian Metoicoceras geslinianum and Neocardioceras juddii zones (repre- sented by the Dölzschen Formation), and the Lower Turonian Watinoceras coloradoense and Mammites nodosoides zones (represented by the Brießnitz Formation).     Festsetzung Hochwasserentstehungsgebiet „Untere Müglitz/Gottleuba“ Verordnung der Landesdirektion Sachsen zur Festsetzung des Hochwasserentstehungsgebietes „Untere Müglitz/Gottleuba“ Vom 10. Juni 2015 Auf Grund von § 76 Absatz 1 Satz 2 des Sächsischen Wassergesetzes vom 12. Juli 2013 (SächsGVBl. S. 503), das zuletzt durch Artikel 22 des Gesetzes vom 29. April 2015 (SächsGVBl. S. 349) geändert worden ist, wird verordnet: § 1 Festsetzung als Schutzgebiet (1) Die in § 2 beschriebenen Flächen auf dem Gebiet der Städte Bad Gottleuba-Berggießhübel, Glashütte und Liebstadt sowie der Gemeinden Dohma, Kreischa, Müglitztal und Bahretal im Landkreis Sächsische Schweiz-Osterzgebirge werden als Hochwasserentstehungsgebiet festgesetzt. (2) Das Hochwasserentstehungsgebiet führt die Bezeichnung „Untere Müglitz/Gottleuba“. (3) Mit Inkrafttreten der Verordnung gelten für das Verordnungsgebiet die Einschränkungen und Verbote des § 76 Absatz 2 bis 5 des Sächsischen Wassergesetzes. § 2 Räumlicher Geltungsbereich (1) Der Geltungsbereich der Rechtsverordnung umfasst vier räumlich voneinander getrennt liegende Teilflächen: Die nord-westliche, westliche, südliche und östliche Teilfläche. (2) 1Das Hochwasserentstehungsgebiet hat eine Größe von 8 015 Hektar. 2Davon entfallen auf die nord- westliche Teilfläche 968 Hektar, auf die westliche Teilfläche 2 807 Hektar, auf die südliche Teilfläche 272 Hektar und auf die östliche Teilfläche 3 968 Hektar. (3) 1. 1Die Grenze der nord-westlichen Teilfläche umschließt im Süden die Ortslage Hausdorf und verläuft weiter, die Ortslage Maxen und Wittgensdorf einschließend, nach Norden. 2Im Norden der Teilfläche wird die Ortslage Gombsen nicht eingeschlossen. 3Die Grenze verläuft im Lockwitztal nach Süden, die Ortslage Lungkwitz einschließend, bis zur Teufelsmühle und weiter über das Tal des Hausdorfer Baches zurück nach Hausdorf. 2. 1Die Grenze der westlichen Teilfläche umschließt im Süden die Ortslage Walterdorf und Döbra und verläuft weiter, das Hochwasserrückhaltebecken Liebstadt einschließend, nach Liebstadt.
