Aidha, naomba Bunge lako Tukufu lijadili na kupitisha Mpango na Bajeti ya Wizara kwa mwaka wa fedha 2019/2020. 2. Mheshimiwa Spika, nianze kwa kumshukuru Mwenyezi Mungu kwa kutujalia uhai na kutuwezesha kukutana tena leo kujadili maendeleo ya shughuli zinazosimamiwa na sekta za Ujenzi, Uchukuzi na Mawasiliano. 3. Mheshimiwa Spika, nitumie fursa 1 hii kuwapongeza Mheshimiwa Dkt. John Pombe Joseph Magufuli, Rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania, Mheshimiwa Dkt.
