Planning Application - Proposed flood mitigation improvements to facilitate the Leigh Flood Storage Area (FSA) expansion scheme. Improvements to Leigh and Cattle Arch embankments to include: partial raising of embankments; installation of 300mm high wave return wall; creation of pumping station platform area; erection of new fencing and gates and other associated works that include culvert, eel pass, temporary access and compound areas (Sevenoaks ref: 20/02463/FUL, Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council ref: TM/20/01889/FLEA)

Please find enclosed an application for approval of details reserved by condition. As you may recall, the scheme is spread across the jurisdiction of Sevenoaks District Council, Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council (TMBC) and Tunbridge Wells Council. Sevenoaks and TMBC applied the same conditions, therefore the application is submitted to Sevenoaks and TMBC. A full list of the documents as submitted is set out below:
