As related to the current reality, trade names have become key elements of the marketing strategy, with a strong influence on language. In the case of confectionery and pastry products, the intention of the sender (the supplier) is to raise the interest of the receiver by simple, concise, clearly expressed words, showing the quality, the basic ingredients and the origin of the food. These elements determine the success of the product on the market and its recognition by means of the advertising discourse. Teig aufteilen und die andere Hälfte mit Milch und Kakao mischen 4. die Backform fetten, bemehlen und mit Backpapier auslegen, den hellen Teig einfüllen 5. jetzt den dunklen Teig darauf geben und mit einem Löffel marmorieren 6. die Kirschen in einen Sieb geben und abtropfen lassen und die Kirschen in den Teig drücken 7. bei 170° C Ober/Unterhitze für circa 30 min backen Zubereitung Buttercreme 1. den Pudding nach Angaben kochen und sofort mit Frischhaltefolie abdecken, damit keine Haut entsteht 2. die zimmerwarme Butter auf der höchsten Stufe für 5 min ganz weiß und schaumig schlagen 3. nach und nach den kalten Pudding während des Schlagens zur Butter geben Zubereitung Glasur 1. die Schokolade mit Öl über einem Wasserbad schmelzen Aufbau 1. sobald der Kuchen vollständig ausgekühlt ist, den Backrahmen nicht lösen und die Buttercreme darauf verteilen und eine Stunde kaltstellen 2.
