    QUADERNI DI DIRITTO ECCLESIALE ANNO 1998 Editoriale La parte monografica del presente fascicolo è dedicata ai nuovi movimenti che in questi ultimi decenni sono sorti nel la Chiesa, in particolare quei movimenti che raccolgono tutte le categorie di fede- li, si propongono un’intensa vita evangelica e di comunione, e sono spesso fortemente impegnati nell’apostolato. Essi si collocano all’interno delle istanze presenti oggi nella vita della Chiesa, chiamata a una nuova evangelizzazione in un contesto di diffusa secolarizzazione; ma sono anche posti di fronte alla neces- sità di dare una convinta e salda testimonianza di comunione e unità ecclesiale. Come afferma l’Esortazione apostolica postsinodale Christifide- les laici, «se sempre nella storia della Chiesa l’aggregarsi dei fedeli ha rappresentato in qualche modo una linea costante, come testimo- niano sino a oggi le varie confraternite, i terzi ordini e i diversi soda- lizi, esso ha però ricevuto uno speciale impulso nei tempi moderni, che hanno visto il nascere e il diffondersi di molteplici forme ag - gregative: associazioni, gruppi, comunità, movimenti; possiamo par- lare di una nuova stagione aggregativa» (n. 29). Di fronte a queste nuove realtà ecclesiali la normativa canonica vi gente non sembra sufficiente e del tutto adeguata, riferendosi a es- se attraverso la previsione normativa delle associazioni (cui i Qua- derni hanno dedicato attenzione soprattutto nella parte monografica del terzo fascicolo del 1990). Così pure gli altri documenti magiste- riali si occupano dei movimenti in genere attraverso la problematica generale delle aggregazioni laicali. Lo si dice da varie parti e sarà pure vero se si guarda a ciò che si studia, si insegna e si impara nelle scuole e nelle università dove i gio- vani sembrano sempre meno attratti dalle discipline dirette a ricostruire il passato. Il contesto generale, del resto, piegato sull’attualità frenetica e in- teressato più alla comunicazione effimera dei “social” che a visioni prospet- tiche sul futuro, avvalora tale impressione. Se si guarda però alla variegata produzione mediatica, alle fiction televisive e cinematografiche, ai giochi di ruolo che appassionano grandi e piccoli o alle rievocazioni in costume, talu- ne improvvisate ma altre realizzate con rigore filologico, che interessano l’intera penisola, specie nel periodo estivo, l’impressione è molto diversa.
