THE HARVEST PRODUCTION

6 Our know-how: Spirulina

In order to wholly control the quality of our spirulina, we decided to develop our own production in Drôme, where the climate is favorable.

This microalgae is rich in complete proteins, essential amino acids and omega-6 fatty acids, trace elements, minerals and vitamins. It contains three times more protein than beef, and twice as much as soy. Moreover, its cultivation does not require a lot of water compared to other sources of proteins, nor pesticides, which has positive effects on the safeguarding of the biodiversity and the resources of the planet.
