Founded in 1986, Globexplore is the pioneer of food algae and seaweed specialties. This microalgae is rich in complete vegetable proteins, essential amino acids and omega-6 fatty acids, trace elements, minerals and vitamins. It contains three times more protein than beef, and twice as much as soy.
