16. Containerized LARS & Dive Control Unit Diving Stage/Cage Launch And Recovery System has been specifically designed to give a compact operating footprint to minimise the deck space required on board. This system can be used at the depths exceeding 190 ft.

Our clinical hyperbaric chambers are all tailor made . The production is made according to TUV ,ACME or BS . All The clinical hyperbaric chambers are a state of the art. We can built many variants which can accommodate from 6 to 16 patients in the main chamber and 2 in the ante chamber. The illumination is unique ,the best in the market which gives 350 lux power light anywhere in the chamber. Communication and the climate control system are the most effective when compared the others. Fire safety with the new adapted sensors is highly reliable and effective. The fire fighting system which is made according to EN 14931 or NFPA 99 truly tested after each installation up to the maximum working pressure before the chamber interior finished.

4. TRANSPORTABLE DECOMPRESSION CHAMBERS

Transportable Decompression chamber The transportable can be installed in an ISO standard container. OkseaTech is the designer of a small lightweight decompression chamber (TDC). This type of transportable decompression chamber is large enough to accommodate two people (one patient and one attendant). Due to its special shape and size, it is spacious enough to allow extended transportation or treatment times if necessary. Compact and lightweight, the TDC is ideal for transferring divers under pressure to a hyperbaric medical facility. It is fitted with a rotating STANAG male flange, which allows it to be connected to a large number of hyperbaric facilities. It is also possible to use adaption flanges to connect the DART to hyperbaric facilities using other connection flanges.

The ACC is an additional chamber compartment, which can be used in combination with the TDC, allowing the attendant entry to the TDC. The ACC is provided with a special STANAG female flange, which makes it possible to link the TDC to the ACC, creating a two-compartment chamber.

5. SATURATION DIVING SYSTEMS

The most complex decompression chambers are the saturation chamber systems in the diving industry. Multiple compartment hyperbaric chamber complexes according to specific requirements can be designed and produced. All the chamber complexes can be manufactured according to ACME DNV Bureu Veritas, TUV or LLYODS manufacturing rules with GMP. These complexes may include multiple dry living chambers with medical locks up to any capacity that the customer requires, wet chambers, deck transfer locks, locks for personnel transfer capsules to perform personnel transfer under pressure.

NATO bayonet flanges for the transportable divers decompression chambers. Any hatch design for the McCann bell, NSRS or SRDRS mating can be manufactured according to the international standards. The company has built a saturation system for the Turkish Navy which can accommodate 44 injured/saved submariners The system can mate to American or NATO standard rescue vehicles with two upper pressurized doors for the Deck transfer lock mating. It allows to transfer the bell diver and the divers into the wet chamber where the Personnel Transfer Lock is mating

All the system has computer controlled dive ability which allows to apply any diving prophile while all the parameters of the chamber atmosphere is controlled. The system has all the mechanical control from outside control panel and also control from inside because of the military requirements. All the system has spray firefighting system which can be activated by means of push button from inside and outside also mechanical control from outside and inside as well.

6. PERSONNEL TRANSFER CAPSULE (PTC)

Personnel Transfer Capsules can be designed and built according to the customers need and the personnel to be carried.

The saturation dives can be carried out up to depths of 400 fsw with the new delivered vessel TCG ALEMDAR to the Turkish Navy .

The system meets the strict demanding criteria for the saturation dives.

All trainings and tests were made by our company divers and trainers.

The first PTC dive was handled from our company in Turkey with a 100msw depth by our company.

7. DIVING BELL (PTC) LUNCH AND RECOVERY

The PTC (Personnel transfer Capsule) LARS uses hydraulic winches powered by dedicated hydraulic power packs. The main winch is designed for handling the PTC either over the vessel side using an “A” frame. The guide wire system can also recover the PTC in the event of failure of its lift winch. A synchronised, constant tension umbilical winch automatically deploys and recovers the umbilical to follow the motion of the PTC The winches are operated from a dedicated dog house mounted directly on the winch skid, adjacent to the PTC for maximum operational visibility.

8. DIVER STAGES - WET BELL

Diving Stage/Cage has been specifically designed to give a compact operating in deep dive on board. This system can be used at the depths exceeding 130 meters. The systems completed and tested in real conditions for the Turkish Navy and systems are operational now.

10. MIXGAS & AIR DIVE CONTROL PANELS

Diving control panel is designed for OBB divers and 1 standby diver at different depth and breathing different gas for standby. The system can supply the diver communication boxes which have connections to the divers umbilical for air supply, hot water, communication, camera, illumination located on both starboard or pier side of the ship.

11. MIXGAS & AIR STORAGE ROOMS

The Gas Handling system can be divided in 3 parts: the gas panels, the permanent gas storage and the gas transfer system. It is designed according to the following assumptions:

Gas panels A set of panels and manifolds adequately located throughout the system allow to carry out the routine tasks of gas handling, mix selection storage, containers col- lection, onboard reserves filling, distribution to SDC and RCC control panels, O2 pressure regulation.

12. SUBMARINE VENTILATION SYSTEMS

This is the only system proven that can achieve required ventilation at the depths exceeding 620 meters during the sea tests . Three systems completed and tested in real conditions for the Turkish Navy and all are operational now.

The system has the following units; Hydraulic operated, LARS (Launch & Recovery System), Weight winch, Hose drum ,Ventilation hose (900 meters), Computerized local and remote operating control from the diving station, Air Supply and control unit, Exhaust control unit ,Vacuum Unit, The system can be controlled Fully automatic by selecting the required ventilating amounts of air, Semi automatic from the ventilation computer, Semi automatic desaturation mode is possible as well, Manual control also possible by means of the valves, the spare, sensors, transmitters and gauges, The system is capable to ventilate a submarine without increasing the internal pressure, Nearly 500 m3/h air ventilation per hour can be achieved and continued from days to weeks.

The Ø2100mm driving winch, driven by a hydraulic motor. It is installed directly in line with the bell axis and next to the main winch. The umbilical is hanged on the A-frame by a 1⁄4-circular roller conveyor. The winch is fitted with a device to ensure adherence of the umbilical and is controlled from the handling console. Once on the deck, the umbilical is stored in an winch drum. The umbilical, being driven back to the deck.

16. Containerized LARS & Dive Control Panel

Dive Control Panel and Diver stages with LARS system can be installed on 20’ Container for more mobility for Dive companies and commercial divers. Diver stage and LARS can be transport easily with Mobil Decompression chamber Container and Machinery Container to different work sites for deep diving operations.

All dive systems are manufactured according to IMCA standards included all required equipment and certification.

Operator and Diving Supervisor can be manage to deep dives in the container without effected from weather conditions and environmental noise. This gives more comfortable and safe operation for dive teams.

Operator can be controlled dive control panel and Diver LARS system at the same time according to order of diving supervisor.

Diver umbilicals can be store on the side of container wall. This special compartment gives easy use and best protection for umbilical during the dive operation and transportation. This compartment can be close with special louvered door.

17. DECK TRANSFER LOCK (DTL)

With Pressurized flexible man ways, DTL provide interconnect between the rescues vehicles with adapter pipe spools mounted on the DTL. With NATO flange, DTL provide interconnect with mobile pressurized chamber. The DTL is designed to be portable and can be installed when a rescue system is mobilized on board. It is connected via a vertical pressurized trunk to the SABOS below deck. The DTL has two positions on the deck of the MOSHIP; one position for the SRDRS, and one for the NSRS The DTL consists of preassembled modules with minimal interconnects to allow testing prior to ship installation, simplified shipboard installation, and to ensure minimal disruption of other ship fabrication activities.

The Control Console and Support Equipment are located over the DTL rack.

Control of the pressurization to the flexible man ways that are provided with the SRDRS and NSRS is done on deck.

Inside the DTL is a stretcher handling system to allow injured personnel to be transferred vertically down into the SABOS.

There are two layers inside the DTL for operating, connected with fixed ladder.

There is a shower for cleaning the injured persons before SABOS transfer.

The fire extinguishing system can be operated from inside the DTL, outside the DTL manually and electrically.

The CCTV system is mounted for visual control whiles the operation.

CO2 scrubber can handle 4 persons breathing demands if the operator can’t ventilate the system.

Heating and Cooling System can climate the DTL while operation.

There are 4 BIBS system mounted in DTL.

DTL can be operated from the console and inside DTL (from both layers) with two-way inlet and exhaust system.

The level of O2, CO2, temperature and humidity can be screened with the analyzers and sensors settled on the console

The communication between DTL and the console managed with electrical communication system and sound powered phone system.

The dirty water collected bottom of the DTL can be exhausted manually by the panel operator.

18. HYPERBARIC LIFE BOAT

It is mandatory for Diving Support Vessels (DSV) to be equipped with adequate and dedicated safety equipment to allow for the evacuation of divers under pressure in life-threatening situations. The principle of the SPHL is the installation of an independent autonomous saturation system chamber, i.e. a saturation diving evacuation chamber, in a standard self-propelled and SOLAS-approved GRP hull that is otherwise normally equipped with a propulsion system, cooling system, hot water plant, navigation control and monitoring equipment, food/water supply and medical aid kits. The evacuation chamber, suitable for 12 divers at working pressures specified up to 400 metres of seawater, is accessible through a lock in the bottom of the lifeboat. This lock normally connects the SPHL to the vessel’s saturation diving chamber system and is kept under system pressure to allow immediate deployment.
