NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF CLAIMS AGAINST THE DEBTOR OF THE BAR DATES FOR FILING PROOFS OF CLAIM PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that On May 10, 2019, Falcon V, L.L.C. and ORX Resources, L.L.C. voluntarily filed for relief under chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code, 11 U.S.C. §101, et seq. (the “Bankruptcy Code”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Louisiana, (the “Bankruptcy Court”). On May 14, 2019, Falcon V Holdings, L.L.C. filed its voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Falcon V, L.L.C., Falcon V Holdings, L.L.C., ORX Resources, L.L.C. (collectively the “Debtors”) are debtors and debtors in possession in the jointly administered case. Debtors continue to operate their businesses as debtors-in-possession pursuant to Sections 1107 and 1108 of the Bankruptcy Code. You are receiving this Notice because you may hold a claim against, or interest in, the Debtors. Parties-in-interest receiving this Notice may have already received notice of the filing of Debtors' bankruptcy case from the Bankruptcy Court or the Debtors. This Notice supplements any previous you may have received. BAR DATES FOR FILING PROOFS OF CLAIM PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 28, 2019 the Bankruptcy Court entered an order (the “Bar Date Order”) establishing Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. prevailing central time (the “GUC Bar Date”) as the last date for each person or entity (including individuals, partnerships, corporations, joint ventures, trusts, and all other non-governmental entities) to file proofs of claim (“Proof of Claim”) based on prepetition claims against the Debtor. The Bar Date Order also established Monday, November 11, 2019 (the “Governmental Unit Bar Date”) as the last date for each governmental unit to file Proofs of Claim. The Bar Date Order, the GUC Bar Date, the Governmental Unit Bar Date, and the procedures set forth below for the filing of Proofs 1 The “Debtors” are the following entities (the corresponding bankruptcy case numbers follow in parentheses): Falcon V, L.L.C. INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION FOR FILING A PROOF OF CLAIM The Debtors have filed Schedules and Statements of Financial Affairs (the “Schedules”) with the Bankruptcy Court listing all known assets and liabilities of the Debtors as of the Debtors' petition date. Any creditor holding a scheduled claim that is not listed in the Schedules as disputed, contingent, or unliquidated as to amount may, but is not required to, file a Proof of Claim. All non-governmental creditors whose claims are not scheduled or whose claims are listed as disputed, contingent, or unliquidated as to amount and who desire to participate in the case or share in any distribution must file their Proofs of Claim with the Bankruptcy Court on or before Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. prevailing central time, and all such governmental units must file their Proofs of Claim on or before Monday, November 11, 2019. A creditor who desires to rely on the Debtors' Schedules has the responsibility for determining that the claim is listed accurately. A NON-GOVERNMENTAL CREDITOR OR PARTY-IN-INTEREST WHO FAILS TO FILE A PROOF OF CLAIM FOR A GENERAL UNSECURED CLAIM BY THE GUC BAR DATE MAY BE FOREVER BARRED, ESTOPPED, AND ENJOINED FROM ASSERTING SUCH CLAIM AGAINST DEBTORS AND DEBTORS' PROPERTY MAY BE FOREVER DISCHARGED FROM ANY AND ALL INDEBTEDNESS, LIABILITY, OR OBLIGATION WITH RESPECT TO SUCH CLAIM, AND SUCH CREDITOR OR PARTY-IN-INTEREST SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DEBTORS' BANKRUPTCY CASE ON ACCOUNT OF SUCH CLAIM UNLESS THE COURT ORDERS OTHERWISE.
