Smart Arctic Cities • In addition several smart dimensions were considered: • the mobile internet speed in the Russian Arctic ranges from 19.23 mbit/s in Murmansk to 0.82 mbit/s in Anadyr. • The discussion regarding developing smart Russian Arctic cities has started only in 2018.
